Have been with this practice for years and all the staff are incredible. The clinical team are reassuring and the reception staff cannot do enough to help. They can chat to you via WhatsApp and also send payment links this way which is great.
This vets saved my dogs life! In particular Naomi. Absolutely fantastic vet! Really cared about my dog and would not give up on him. She fought her butt off for him and brought him from deaths door! I'm forever thankful. There is also an amazing nurse georgia who's love and care certainly contributed. She was amazing with him. Thanks vets for pets!
We have been using Rebecca’s veterinary practice, for a number of years now. I must confess we were a little hesitant to use a surgery inside a chain store, but the Vets that we were using closed down. Rebecca and her staff treated our elderly cats, Milo and Fizz until end of life (18), with respect, kindness and they put the cat’s welfare above profit. Both my wife and I were touched by their kindness, consideration and aftercare, we would not hesitate to use Rebecca and her team for future pets. Highly recommended.
Our request for an appointment to register our dog/for a health check was dealt with quickly and the appointment availability was great. When walking into the appointment to speak to the vet she was very clear as to what she was checking for & what we need to be aware of/what the plan should be for our dog. Both her & the receptionist explanation of his treatments, the complete care plan/pricing was very transparent so we didn’t feel at any point we’d be facing any hidden charges. They also offered to chase the previous owner’s vets for the information we couldn’t obtain.
I was running late for my appoiment due to traffic. I phoned recption to let them know and the girl was very helpful and told me she would inform the vet. When i arrived the girl thanked me for phoning up to let her know i was running late which i thought was very nice.
Receptionist went above and beyond to help milo. The head vet was extremely helpful and made milo feel very comfortable as he is a nervous dog, he didn’t display any nervous emotions. The behavioural specialist nurse also helped milo and was very thorough and explained everything very well.
Absolutely outstanding service from the vet and staff. Really cannot praise them enough for their patience, care and understanding. Highly recommend.
Just by calling them.they know who you are without needing to ask. My cat has asthma, I had ran out of tablets and they not only rushed them through bit also made sure Ripley would be fine while waiting. Wasn't fobbed off in any way. If not for them, and teaching us about what she had our cat wouldn't be with us.
As always, an absolute pleasure. The vet was kind, explained everything well. I was offered several options in examination and treatment and was not pushed to take one or another. When I rang up the next day for follow up questions the receptionist was quick in finding an answer. Overall a great customer service and care experience!
Always a pleasure to call or visit vets for pets Wrexham. The vets here are very caring and explain in detail of their findings and procedures. The telephone staff are polite and also caring and attend to your request in a professional manner. Thanks to everyone at vets for pets for looking after our little dog (toby) over the past 6 years. And kind words when he lost his fight at a young age
