   I boarded my Caucasian Shepheard puppy for the first time recently. He's 11 months old, and to say I was nervous was an understatement. The staff were fantastic. I took him for a brief visit before his holiday started and felt reassured. His kennel was spacious, not home from home but spacious enough. They sent videos of him and took pictures to reassure me during the week long stay. The kennels were clean, and they kept a good routine for the dogs, which I think made it easier for my lad to adjust. As an added bonus, he's had a week in close proximity to lots of other dogs and although he was excited to see us and come home, he was definitely calmer with our other dogs as a result of staying at Park Lane. I am a nightmare doggy Momma and Park Lane were wonderful. I will definitely use them again.

   My dog is difficult to handle by other people, she doesn't trust easily but she do love the staff! They must be doing something right if she feel safe there. Will never leave Totty in other kennels. Thank you ❤️

   My dog has been going to these kennels for about 9 years. She loves it. The staff and super friendly and accommodating. The kennels aren't even local to me but I still choose to take her to Park Lane.

   I made an enquiry online about booking our two dogs in (with descriptions of breed). After having an email being told we could look around, we rang up and it turns out they don’t accept Staffordshire Bill Terriers.

   We have been using Carl and his team since winter of 2021 and we wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. The intention was to just use these guys when we needed kennels when at our soted caravan but it soon became our only kennels .... we actually travel just over a 50 mile round trip for our dogs to stay here! But we wouldn't dream of leaving our dogs with anyone else now. The team are all so caring and really look after the dogs like their own.

   We had an emergency whilst away on holiday and needed our dogs cared for. Couldn't have asked for better care or help from the staff here. Both Huskies came back super happy and well looked after, kennels are nice and clean and the staff were so accommodating with my last minute panic request. Thank you!

   Absolutely amazing, we left out Belgian malinois x rottie for a week whilst we went on holiday. We were so nervous with it being her first time away from us and her being anxious around other people/dogs. She was made to feel comfortable, happy and so content. Her tail was wagging nonstop, she was so happy in herself and so content. Couldn’t have asked for her to be better looked after, the gentleman who works there is a godsend. Amazing place, definitely will be using in the future.

   Wulfen was respected and well cared for during his week long stay. He was back to himself as soon as we got him home which is always a good sign. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely entrust our boy to them again :-)
