Excellent care and service received from the ladies at Ty Gwyn Pets. Our two Cane Corsos have been for their third visit while we went away for 10 days. Have found it hard to find somewhere we can trust and leave our babies until we found Ty Gwyn but cannot fault them, they have been spoilt. They have come back so happy and chilled they have had a great time. Will definitely be leaving them in their care in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for everything!
Our puppy LOVES going to Ty gwyn Pets day care. The girls are all so lovely and caring, I know I'm leaving Rupert in good hands. He gets to play all day with the other dogs and comes home every day absolutely knackered. They provide pictures of every day he's there which I always look forward to. I would definitely recommend Ty Gwyn Pets to anyone.
When the owners of the kennels we used retired we looked at lots of other places for our lovely Collie. We found it hard to believe what some places were promising they would do as the dog/staff ratio would make it physically impossible. We were not impressed either by our pet having his own tv in the “room”. We visited Ty Gwyn who focused on the things that pets need. Comfort, exercise, and love in abundance and a staff team who are devoted to their jobs and the safety of our pet. Dani made us feel reassured about leaving our dog and rightly so. Nothing is too much trouble and I’ve heard that she’s often up in the night checking the cameras “just to make sure” that the animals are all sleeping happily. Our Olly has stayed there many times now. He leaves us with his tail wagging and returns the same way. He always has time to say a nice goodbye to the staff. He has a great time and I know that he would be looked after well if anything happened to him while we were away. Recently we left our 10 month old puppy for a long weekend. I was naturally apprehensive with her being so young. She hardly noticed me when we collected her as she was too busy jumping up to the staff member for her attention. By all accounts she had a ball and staff were able to talk about her stay in great detail because they make a point of getting to know all of the pets in their care. The staff all seem to love their work and I have no doubt in my mind that Ty Gwyn boarding kennels is the best for many miles around. Thank you all again Helena and Bruce x
We were quite nervous about leaving our dog for the first time in kennels, and we didn’t need to worry at all. The team are clearly passionate about animals, and they are all so warm and genuine. Communication was really prompt whilst we were away, and we received pics of all the friends our dog had met on her holiday! We also had to book last minute for another night due to travel delays, and it was absolutely no trouble at all. Lovely to find a kennels who care so much! 100% recommend Ty Gwyn Pets and Rosie can’t wait to go back!
Faultless, the staff here go absolutely above and beyond for you and your pet. Extremely warm, welcoming and reassuring. Nothing is too much bother for them and they clearly adore your pet - we attended a viewing, and following that my dog attended a free trial afternoon for boarding and another for daycare to help him make friends. They couldn't have been more honest, genuine and helpful. When I arrived to collect my dog he was having too much of a good time to care about me!
The kindest, most accommodating team. A wonderful group of ladies who looked after my cats at a tough time for me. When I picked my cats up they were so happy they didn’t even want to leave! If you choose art Gwyn, your pets will be looked after if they were there own. Pick up times really convenient, great communication from the team and just an all round amazing experience!
It was our first time leaving our dog in kennels and we felt pretty anxious about it but the staff at Ty Gwyn were really reassuring and kept us updated with how our dog was going. We picked him up this morning and he’s had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back ❤️ Thanks so much
