   We have a 1 year old cavapoo called Benji who was very nervous with the last groomer we had so much so that he was becoming aggressive with that groomer and she told us she didn’t want us to take him back to her! I reached out to Scarlett and explained the situation regarding his behaviour and the fact we had worried about where to take him for a while and he was very matted by this point. Scarlett said she would try her best! Well benji had an amazing cut today! Scarlett has done an amazing job and most of all Benji came out really happy! Scarlett reassured me he hadn’t shown aggression to her and I felt really reassured! Scarlett was very knowledgeable and I’m so happy that I no longer need to worry about which groomer to choose, I’ve already booked in his next groom! Thank you Scarlett and team x

   Scarlett done an amazing job with teddy , he was in such a mess from a previous groomer I thought she may have to shave him right down but she’s made him look the best he’s ever looked . Really happy with the result will be booking in for regular grooms best in the biz :)

   Our family have used Scarlett for a number of years, we wouldn't go anywhere else for a groom. Each member of staff is friendly and welcoming and we have absolute confidence that our dog is well looked after when there. Elsa loves going and gets excited as soon as she realises where she off to. The cut is immaculate each and every time and Elsa comes back looking and smelling amazing. The communication is fantastic with reminder emails for appointments. Before and after pictures are put on their Facebook page, which is a lovely touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scarlett's to anyone!
