Excellent service, bearded collies are no easy task ,if you want the coat left long and not clipped ,fantastic job on Loki ,needed coat short for winter muddy walks ,lovely play area with toys too ,highly recommend
I took my puppy in for his first full groom today at the dog shack. I could not be more impressed with the service I have received. I have been elsewhere for puppy grooms but just haven’t felt happy. The dog shack discussed what I wanted doing with Marlow and filled me with confidence they knew what to do. Once I picked Marlow up, they proved to me that they are the right team for the job. I have been given aftercare advice to keep him looking good! The actual groomers itself is clean and well designed and I feel confident that Marlow is in safe hands! Couldn’t recommend more!!! ❤️
I couldn’t wish for better groomers for my dog, they are kind, helpful and give great advice. When my dog was acting out of character they were so patient with him and let me know how he was getting on. I would highly recommend the dog shack, there is no other groomer that would care for my dog as well as I do. The fact he comes home smelling and looking amazing is just an added bonus!
My 3 poodles love it there, they're never scared to go and always come home looking gorgeous as well as being chilled. Fantastic experienced staff. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
just got George back from his first visit. just a bath and nail trim. he smells and looks amazing! and he didn't want to leave when it was time to go home which says how much he loved it...would rather stay there than go home with his mum. we will definitely be using the dog shack again thanks girls for a cracking job xx
Well what a fabulous service! Took my collie for his 1st groom in ages.. (tend to bath him at home)& he's come back absolutely gorgeous, coat is stunning , managed to have a lil go at his teeth.. missed the back ones coz he wasn't amused but he's very proud of himself now!
Fab! Lola enjoyed her pamper and 1st groom and she was a good girl so I’m told! The ladies are amazing, very friendly service and staff! Definitely will be coming again as Lola has said she wants too! She loves her pink bow too!! One happy pooch and fur parents!
After a bad experience at another groomer, my puppy was incredibly nervous to be groomed again. After arriving at The dogshack, they began building a relationship immediately with her. They kept in regular contact with me and even sent me pictures and videos! I honestly can’t recommend the big pink bus enough- they genuinely love dogs and it shows.
