Local looks like abandon. I was hesitant when I arrived. But after my little dog got sick, the other eye infection and the cut was not one to kill for… so we won’t come back
Wouldn't go anywhere else. Our border terrier is hand stripped here. She always looks beautiful. Definitely recommend
My dog has had a poor experience getting her nails clipped in the past leaving her to be anxious, this I explained to the Groom Room team. As well as being very understanding, they done an amazing job clipping her nails and are an extremely friendly and professional team. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of dog groomers.
Friendly, I have a very nervous dog. The owner will even sit outside with her so she gets used to her then take her in. When I go to pick up both my dogs, there wigging there tails, happy smell and look amazing. Highly recommended.
Brought my 12 year old westie to the Groom room for her first haircut in Chester. The staff here were friendly and knowledgable. They even spoke to our previous dog groomer in Hertfordshire to make sure they knew the cut our westie normally had. 5 star service, 1 very happy westie and 1 very happy owner. Lovely lady! Our dog has been coming here since she was a puppy. She is always happy to go there and the lady treats her so well. The owner of this business has always been a pleasure to talk to and discusses your dogs needs in full. Consdering our dog can get a tangled coat from time to time she's always so patient. We like to see our dog looking happy and relaxed at the groomers hence why we keep coming back!!! Thank you to everyone at the groom room you have the patience of a saint!
