   I rang up to see if I could get my dogs a groom the same day as I’m due to go on holiday so I’ve left it late as I’ve been in hospital but when I rang up the owner repeated after me (today) like she was shocked and laughed and replied with a blunt no very rudely with no manners whatsoever I was taken back by this and then she put the phone down I then rang back to have my number blocked by her I rang again on my family members phone to ask why she is so rude and unprofessional and she again said thank for your advice and put the phone down she is very arrogant and not a very nice person I would not recommend anyone leaving these people with our beloved fur babies utterly disgusting and unacceptable absolutely snob

   Unfortunately the WORST experience I have had with a dog groomer. I brought my little one in for a consultation as she does not like being groomed (or so I thought) which I am always honest about as I don’t want her to be stressed or the groomer to be stressed if they can’t handle her. Groomer was fine and an appointment was booked after the consultation. After about 20 minutes during the appointment, they called me to come and pick her up as they were unable to groom her they said. When I turned up, I have never seen my dog so stressed and they were not doing anything to calm her down, just trying to carry on with a groom which the dog was too stressed over (the irony of them calling themselves holistic too) They then wanted to charge me the full amount for literally being able to get the clippers down one part of her back, PLUS, another £10.00 for “aggressive dogs” which was not covered in the consultation of an extra charge. My dog is not aggressive but gets very stressed when being groomed, hence the consultation to make sure all would be ok. I would not go near this groomer ever! I have a groomer now who said my dog is no problem which makes me believe that the stress I saw, was all caused by staff.

   Wonderful atmosphere. My Italian greyhound Olive absolutely adores Jess. We used to take her to a well known pet store to get her nails done and they always were sharp and uneven. Jess cuts them perfectly and then files them down with the dremel which Olive was unsure about but Jess is so kind and patient with her. Couldn’t recommend here any more!

   We took Cleo, our Bearded Collie , to Julie today and her and her Staff have done an amazing Job in bathing and grooming Cleo . It's always difficult going to a Groomers for the first time and we can honestly say that from the minute Cleo arrived she was made so at home . Cleo is naturally a very nervous dog but after only a few mins she was totally at home . Thank you so much Julie and we will be back soon

   Very reliable dog grooming business. Appointment requests are always arranged swiftly and there is great communication from owner. My dog, Dixie (Terrier) always comes out looking a lot tidier and appears to feel better for it. The only thing that is stopping me from giving my review 5 stars is sometimes his legs haven't been done as well as they could have been. But in all truth, that's probably due to to Dixie being a real live- wire who doesn't like being still for very long. Recommended.

   My Siberian husky went here today. I done lots of research into groomers and I needed one that I felt comfortable with as well as my dog. All the staff was fantastic! They treated my boy like he was one of their own and nothing was too much. They hid nothing from me and my dog was happy when I picked him up!! He looks and smells amazing!! Thank you all! Love me and blade xx

   I took my 6 month old Cairn Puppy for his first groom here after reading the good reviews and it being close by.. from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome by Julie and Chip felt right at home having a good play.. nothing was too much trouble and when I came to collect him he looked and smelt amazing and its reasonably priced! I would like to say a massive thank you to Julie and her team for making Chips 1st experience of a groom a fantastic time and putting him at ease straight away.. it was very friendly and a relaxed atmosphere! I would highly recommend this dog grooming salon! Xxx
