   We usually use a mobile dog groomers, but thought we’d give somewhere local a try. Came across K9 to 5 based on good google reviews. Doggo was a bit dubious to start with, but Bryn put her at ease and she had a whale of a time getting trimmed and groomed. Really reasonable prices and great service, they explain what they’re going to do or ask what your wishes are, making sure the customer is fully happy. Will be back, thanks Bryn!

   We were new customers today, my frenchie absolutely hates having his nails done, & I have been anxious where to take him, so I tried here & im so pleased, Bryn was so quick at doing them & he took them right down as far as he could for me, I highly recommend, I will be a regular customer.

   ALWAYS a fantastic experience at K9 to 5. Bryn the owner is such a welcoming guy, always friendly, always laughing and fantastic at his job. My pooch comes out smelling great, looking great and happy.. Other groomers I have tried in the past, then my dog couldn't wait to get out and was all anxious and scared - makes me wonder how they handle them. No concerns with Bryn and team - I wont be going anywhere else in Chester!! Top Job.

   Had an amazing experience at k9to5. I took my elderly dog who as he’s got older he hates the grooming experience. He’s become quite overgrown and matted due to his aggression being groomed. Anyway I got an appointment with Bryn who has done an incredible job despite my dog trying to bite him with every cut. Doodles was given breaks to make sure he wasn’t too stressed. This just shows the kind of groomer k9to5. The dogs welfare is most definitely number 1 priority and for this I’m so grateful. Absolutely outstanding team thank you x

   First time yesterday with our two year old yorkipoo Lottie. Knowledgeable owner, spent time with us telling us what he could do and what would be best. Groom is the best out dog has had. So glad I tried this place. Would highly recommend.
