Have been going for over ten years with my anxious self and anxious dog and have always been treated well, even when I leave it too long between appointments. I'm so happy to have Ashleigh care for my dog as I know she cares about her too. She always does a brilliant job and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Staff were lovely and very professional Dog is visiting with my grandson he had a lovely time and came out looking like a new dog and my house smells much sweeter now Prices very reasonable definitely would recommend
This is the 2nd time now my dog has come back infested with fleas. My dog did not come in with fleas, came out infested. She has white short fur so easily noticed. Cost me £65 for two dogs who were completely separated in my company. Dogs are not properly separated and/or fleas must be within the dog facilities there. It's a shame because the service she had was great. I won't be coming back for this reason as this is the second time in a row coming home with fleas, so the culprit is obvious. She's just had a major op aswell so she had to go under further stress with me bathing her in flea treatment.

Took My dog therefor the 2nd time. No problems 1st time but 2nd time he has come out with a big red mark on his head also a big cut on his private bits. He hasn't kept still for days so something has happened but when I called they said he must of done this at home. He didn't qt all. I wont be going back.

I have an old giant schnauzer who cannot stand for long periods of time so I was not sure how well the total grooming would go. I shouldn't have worried. He looks amazing (smells lovely too) and had a very positive time there. I cannot recommend this groomer highly enough. She has a wealth of experience and really cares for the dogs.
