Paula is a true animal lover! Our very nervous dog who doesn’t even let us groom her comes back with a perfect hair & nails every time (5 years in 2024). The quality of her work is gorgeous, we know other dogs who had to go on her waitlist and went elsewhere in the meantime and had awful cuts for their breed. Paula is very experienced and meticulous.
If I could give Paula’s a 10 star rating I would. Lulu looks absolutely stunning, smells fabulous and feels silky soft! Everyone was really friendly, the service received was top class. Lulu will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you so much to everyone at Paula’s pampered pooches. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paula see's to my 3 dogs at the same time. I have 2 bishion boys and my little girl is maulit chone. They love going there, when they get out the car they go straight round the corner and sit patiently outside the door. There better behaviored and do as there told better with Paula than they do with me. It's like they say hurry up mum, your holding us back from the fun. She does a beautiful job, I wouldn't even consider taking them any where else. She very professional and both her and her mum are lovely lady's and happy to listen to any concerns you might have. They might go in scruffy and stinky, but they come out stunning and smelling beautiful. Paula only uses eco shampoo's so good on the carbon foot print.
