   Massive Thanks to everyone at Clearcut for helping me through the worst time of my life by sorting out all of my finances and helping me to put my life into perspective going forward . From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness /caring ways/ support /guidance throughout this very sad time for us as a family . Each time I have visited Clearcut all staff were wonderful to me and the family .Things like the coffees and biscuits/ tissues / true kindness shown to me by just asking “how are you today” is a big thing when going through a tough time. Special mention and huge thanks especially to Charlotte and Ali . The staff feel more like friends as they truly care for you - not many companies make you feel like they do. So that’s why they are an outstanding firm. I think the fact it’s a family run business - makes a huge difference. Even Jane the owner takes time out to speak with you. I was recommended to this company last year and I would tell everyone to go and see them and take up the services they offer you and you will not be disappointed . Their professionalism is truly wonderful. Clearcut have helped me carve out my future and with all their help /guidance /support / knowledge I feel stronger now knowing I am in good hands with the projections set out for me . To all the staff at this wonderful establishment you are all truly amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for all you have done for me / us as a family.    The peace of mind that comes from having sound financial advice is so important. Our savings pot has flourished under the outstanding care of Charlotte Jamieson who inherited us from the outstanding Jane Bligh. Both these advisors have really taken the time to understand us and taken our circumstances into account. We are very much treated as friends rather than the owners of a bank account. In fact, the whole team at Clear Cut go out of their way in customer service and care. Putting our finances in their hands was one of the best decisions we have made, worth every penny.

   It’s 16 years since I met Jane at a Business Networking meeting and she impressed me immediately. So much so that although I didn’t see her for years, when in 2015 I needed a personal pension she immediately came to mind and she didn’t disappoint. Rob’s presentation was very interesting and thought provoking, with sentimental touches, sharing his own personal insight into the condition.    Darren was recommended to us by a friend as he had previously helped them, as first time buyers, buy their first home. From the moment we made contact with Darren, we immediately felt at ease. As "elderly" first time buyers, we had zero clue as to what we needed to do. The only information we had about securing a mortgage was from a few google searches and information from friends. We were unsure at the start if we were even in the right financial place to obtain a mortgage so Darren gave us all the information we needed, an idiots guide, we could say, because we both understood exactly what he was saying to us. He was always on hand to answer any questions and there was never a stupid question as far as Darren was concerned. We had to take a break for a little while whilst we became more financially stable and as soon as we got back in touch with Darren the process started and once again, Darren provided us with all the information we required. He answered all our ridiculous questions without hesitation and then he did what we thought would never happen and got us a mortgage. We are still a little way from moving into our house, but we will continue to update Darren all the way through because he really has been an absolute godsend to us! I would highly recommend Darren and Clear Cut Financial Planning to anyone looking for friendly and competent advice.
