   We couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received from our mortgage advisor, Lindsay, and our case manager, Sandra. Lindsay has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She really knows her stuff and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what could’ve been a confusing process feel completely manageable. Without her, we honestly would’ve been lost! She was always happy to listen to any questions we had, even those not directly related to the mortgage but to buying our first home in general. On top of that, she helped us choose life insurance that fit perfectly within our budget. Her guidance has been invaluable. Sandra has been amazing in her role as well. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, constantly chasing solicitors and mortgage providers to keep everything moving. Her dedication and efficiency gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. We couldn’t recommend these two enough. Thank you, Lindsay and Sandra, for all your help!    The service we received from HFA was exceptional This is our first experience buying a house so the whole process at times was extremely overwhelming esp the forms. Our Mortgage Associate Jane from the initial inquiry was great. She offers such a friendly service, no pressure, we met for a coffee and explained some of the initial process in language we understood and could digest. From there both Jane and her colleague Sandra have provided such a patient service, there was lots of delays our end and we never pushed. Everything Jane and Sandra said they would do was done in the time agreed and provided. One of the stand out services Jane provides is going through insurance. After our appointment we not only felt reassured but we felt we understood all the variations and term's and condition's. It didn't feel like a sell just informative. We would 100% recommend this service.

Jayne made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was calm, reassuring, and explained everything in a way we could really understand. Every meeting with her was a joy — she was not only professional and knowledgeable but also such a genuine, funny, and kind person.    After using Helen for our previous mortgage, we approached HFA again to purchase our new home. This time we were looked after by Jayne who has been great from start to finish. She has given open and honest advice, searched for the best deals and has always been available for any queries at all times of day. We genuinely feel that she went above and beyond for us. Amy in the office has also been great, chasing solicitors etc to help progress our purchase.    Helen is truly the standard to how all other mortgage advisors should be. Her communication is timely and to the point, she will tell you the facts of the matter and not lead you down the garden path. If it can be done, Helen is the one who will be able to do it. She does not accept no for answer. We would have been faced with over £12k early payment charges, but with Helen’s expertise, these were avoided and she was also able to navigate other difficulties in purchasing our property. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and am so glad to have come across her, and have her dealing with my mortgages for all future matters.

   I highly recommend HF Associates, both Helen and Sandra went above and beyond and offered me advice and support throughout. I first got in touch with Helen in July last year as a first time buyer. Helen explained everything in detail and was always very approachable. Due to some legal delays which were out of our control the whole process was much longer than anticipated however Sandra was amazing and chased solicitors etc. always keeping me up to date.
