Having been with Heriot Hughes for some time (and they did a great job), I decided I needed to cut costs. They refused to move on their prices so I moved accountant. They refused to repay any money I had paid them in advance citing the engagement letter I had signed at the beginning of the relationship. All well and good, but it left a very nasty taste in the mouth. Caveat Emptor!
John and the team at Heriot Hughes are great. They are always on hand to speak when I have any issues.
