Zoe is not only very professional but immediately gave me the confidence that my affairs would be in hugely knowledgeable hands. One of my concerns had been how I would collate and transmit all the necessary information to her as my online skills are rather limited. She explained everything in detail including what she needed, how to find it , and the deadline for her to receive all information: she also worked out a way around my online limitations. Finally she outlined how matters would proceed, and the various points of contact needed. Everything went according to plan and I couldn’t be more relieved and delighted. What she did for me goes above and beyond what she charges.
