Unreal service! Isherwood Washer Repairs went above and beyond to help. They were diagnosing and trying to fix the issue over the phone right away, which was such a nice touch. Then, they came out and fully sorted everything within 24 hours. I wish every company operated like this! Highly recommend their fast, friendly, and professional service. Amazing!

Cannot fault the service received from Dave. When contacting him he runs through possible solutions on the phone unfortunately as unable to resolve Dave attended the next day.He eventually repaired in his workshop returning and refitting the machine the next day. Throughout the process was kept well informed. Excellent customer service and value for money. Would certainly recommend for your repairs.

Very quick response. Came out same day. Repaired the washing machine and the charge was very reasonable. Would definitely contact again!
Phoned the shop as our washing machine came up with a fault error code and we didn't know what to do. Couldn't have been more helpful. Gave advice over the phone and it has fixed our problem. Would definitely use this service again.

I had an issue with my washing machine almost setting on fire , I gave Dave a ring as I have used his services before and found him to be very knowledgable and at a good price .On arriving at my house as soon he saw the issue he knew exactly what it was , the door lock had burnt out he then proceeded to make the machine safe and told me that under no circumstances should I use the machine adding that he could fix the machine but it would almost certainly be a reoccurring fault and not safe . He recommended that I check the manufactures website as this was a known problem and they were recalling certain models . After I had checked I told him my model wasn’t one of the models on recall . NOW THIS IS THE REALLY GOOD PART . Dave advised that I take photos of the burnt lock contact the manufacturer direct and explain what had happened and an independent engineer had advised that the machine was unsafe and should be recalled in line with the other models that had been . Which is exactly what I did at first they were not very responsive to me but with a bit of perseverance they did accept my point and gave me a brand new replacement . My machine was 6 years old out of warranty with no breakdown policy on it . Thanks Dave
