    DO NOT USE SIMON/ EDENS BUILDING SERVICES Left our job incomplete, took the money and ran and now won’t answer his phone/emails. Told us back in October our garage conversion/rendering would take 1-2 weeks to complete - its 4 months later and the work is still not complete. Looks like he’s blocked our number and owes us £450. Address on website is wrong and property hasn’t been lived in for months. Small claims court and trading standards are involved. Highly unprofessional and we are now £1000 out of pocket.

    Please Please do not use this company. Simon will take the money and run. Was told my garage conversion would be completed in 1 week (so thought possibly 2) this was in October 2020. To date despite many letters (his address on the website is incorrect too, it's an empty house), emails and phone calls, he has still not completed the work. I have gone through Citizens Advice to have him reported him to Trading Standards.

    I can highly recommend Edens Building Services! I hired then to knock my living room wall through, re-board & plaster the walls & ceiling, I am absolutely delighted with the results! Nothing is too much trouble for Simon, he even fitted spotlights & a radiator. They are a hard-working bunch of lads who arrive early & will work late to get the job done.     I asked Edens building services to complete a kitchen/dining room knock through with a supporting steel RSJ. Edens were the most competitively priced out of four builders who I enquired with. I found Simon and his team to be very professional, arrived on the days they promised, left the site clean and their standard of work was excellent. I am now going to get them to fit my new bathroom suite sometime next year.
