    I had my cambelt done in February 2024 and used ers on the recommendation of my MOT garage. Less than a year later this MOT discovered an oil leak which was through the engine and dripping all along under neath the length of the car. The leak was a result of very poor workmanship at ers. I have had to have a completely new cambelt, cam cover gasket and crank seal. The engine needed cleaning as there was oil everywhere. I would think twice before using this garage.

    Has a 2018 Kuga auto into ERS at the start of this year. Was messed around by another garage who told me things like my turbo needed replacing and wanted to charge me £8k+. Took it to these guys at the recommendation of my local mechanic (doesn’t do autos himself) and they got me a fair price, told me how the turbo and other bits were working fine. Fair price and sorted it quickly and communicated all the way. The ECU was also damaged somehow at some point from initial recovery, to the first garage, recovery again to ERS, (no accusations as I don’t have proof of anything) so the auto gearbox wasn’t communicating with the engine and vice versa. ERS had a specialist who fixed it (replacement cost £2k+) and got everything working. Car ran and sounded smooth up until July, then it was sadly writ off by a driver so couldn’t enjoy the fruits of their labour! Would absolutely recommend Julie, Mark and the rest of the team!
