    Expensive, slow and unresponsive. Sent our coffee machine off for fixing, had to email them to ask if they had received it after I had confirmation of delivery from the post office, they responded saying they hadn't received it and I had to send them a photo of the box to find it in their warehouse. We paid £122 just for them to look at the machine and tell us it would cost another £100 in parts which we reluctantly paid, almost a month since we sent it off and we still haven't received it back despite paying the equivalent cost of a new machine. Seemed like a great idea at the time, definitely regret it now, I'd avoid.

    The initial communication via forms and emails was painful but I persisted and got my steam generator iron back in cca 12 days, with more things fixed/replaced than I asked for, so glad I went for it. I panicked for a bit after turning it on for the first time because it kept turning itself off after two minutes of ironing and then I wasn’t able to start it (as if a fuse goes) but I tried it few times with breaks and then it calmed down and has been working perfectly since. Worth the money to prolong the life of these rather expensive machines.

    I found these guys online and sent them my steam generator iron for repair. The process couldn't have been smoother and the repair was carried out and the iron returned within 10 days, all for around £50. No hidden costs and no problems I am so delighted and am recommending them to everyone.

    Just had a machine sent back to me after service and CLEANING - not cleaned at all - photos provided. After complaining they told me it is supposed to look like that and wanted to charge me more ( lying I provided the wrong model number - which they check on the phone prior to sending and also had it there at the service - so an obvious lie. Worst customer service ever.

    De'longhi Stilosa coffee machine. Small plastic fittings on the inner rim of where the sump arm attaches to the boiler unit which are used to provide a tight seal and prevent leaks has come detatched from my machine, rendering it effectively useless. This extortionate company wanted to charge me £64 to fix it! A BRAND NEW machine only costs £89 - bloody ridiculous and disgustingly over-expensive. I'd rather buy a brand new machine with a 1 year warranty on it thanks. Pointless looking to repair and reuse stuff when it's going to cost you 3/4's of a brand new machine.

    Sent my Kenwood mixer to be serviced. Got told it would take 4-6 weeks to come back to me. It was picked up by a delivery firm and put in a large box with no padding to protect it. It came back about 6 weeks later in a disgusting state it was filthy with pen marks on it and dust and dirt where the attachments go and I sent it there spotless. I refused to let them have it back to clean it and still waiting to hear back from they on why it was in such a disgusting mess. I will not be using this company again.

    Disappointing, dreadful, unreliable. What a horrible experience trying to deal with Repair it Reuse it to fix my Kenwood mixer! I contacted Repair It Reuse It on advice of Kenwood itself as the warrantee on the machine was out of date, and going on the reviews they have on their website I was expecting an excellent service and quick repair of my mixer. However... after hearing nothing from them the first week, I called the centre - and was told the mixer wasn't even looked at! And so started a cycle of Repair It Reuse It not communicating with me at all (not even to a complaint email), me calling every week, and receiving empty promises. Finally after 4 weeks an employee took it upon herself to 'monitor this until the repair is completed', and one week and another extra £50 later for another part, I received my machine. STILL BROKEN. Another complaint call, another promise they will deal with it as a matter of urgency. It is now 6 WEEKS since they first collected my machine, and £150 later. I've asked for a full refund, and offered for an engineer to come to my house and confirm it is not working, but was told it has to be collected and assessed. But just reading two other reviews I fear I won't get a refund or my machine back if I send it back. I won't recommend this company at all. In fact, if a 0 star was available to choose, I would choose 0. Steer well clear of Repair It Reuse It.
