   I had a cracked windscreen and booked with Direct Vehicle Glass to get it replaced. They came to my home to replace the screen and then took it for calibration of the camera and rain sensors all within 2 hours.There was a defect in the glass and they booked another pane for me and replaced it free if charge. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional and I would definitely use them again.

   Windscreen replaced wery quickly. Guys went for a drive to calibrate camera. When they came back, smell of burning rubber in the car was wery intense, hot tyres and overheat engine. Don't trust. They look profesional but behaved like children!

   Excellent service from them. (I saw one of their vans this morning which prompted me to leave a review after so long). Had a windscreen refitted by them due to, (you guessed it), a bodyshop not fitting it properly. They arranged a suitable day around my plans, I arrived in the morning for the job and they dropped me off at my office so I wasn't inconvenienced. When I got the car back, the windscreen was neatly fitted, my carpets were hoovered - even the glass got polished. A very professional service, well above my expectations.
