   Excellent, friendly & professional service. Lost gears in outside lane of motorway on Friday in rush hour. Drove with 3rd & 4th gear to a sideroad. Top Gear were close by. Spoke with reception at 4.30pm on Friday. They were happy for me to get the car to them over weekend and they looked at the problem and fixed it by 11am on Monday. Great price. Great service. Very impressed. Have already recommended to a family member.

   Sam and Mark were really helpful. The service provided from Top Gear was spot on. They provided good customer service and repaired my car very quickly. Sam kindly also gave me a lift to the train station after dropping my car off for repair which was very much appreciated due to me having my little 3year old grandson with me. I would definitely recommend Top Gear and would use them again.

I had a problem with the gear cables, and even though the parts I needed are no longer made by Ford, you went out of your way to track a set down for me.    My car was stuck outside my flat because the back wheel had fused to the brakes after another garage had failed to check them properly during a service. Ernie came round with his tools on foot and got me going again within 24 hours. He showed me exactly what had gone wrong and gave me lots of advice so I was safely back on the road in no time. I won’t be going to anyone but Ernie for my servicing now!!

He fully explained everything to me in a simple way for me to understand as a woman! Excellent service and I was quickly able to book my car in to resolve the issues.
