Glen and Karl are two of the warmest and welcoming people, and go above and beyond to provide a great service. I get my MOT done every year which is a stress free experience for me thanks to them, and have had my car fixed after it was considered beyond repair by my insurance!! Been meaning to write this review for months now, found the slip when doing some paperwork at home and decided to get it done. Straight from the initial phone call the staff were really accommodating and flexible in finding the right appointment for me, to fit around me work schedule. Upon arrival the service was efficient but thorough, and taught me some motorcycle maintenance tips. Fast turnaround and friendly staff. Would highly recommend even if not local to South Liverpool!

Honest, reliable, competent Garages and Mechanics are hard to find. I’ve been driving for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that East Motors are by far best I’ve dealt with. I started going to them in 2011, and would never think of taking my car anywhere else. If you have money to burn and don’t mind having repairs done that are not needed, then there are plenty of Garages that you can go to. If you want to be treated like a human being and receive an honest and professional service, then go to East Motors. Glen and Karl run their business in a very friendly and professional manner; and always give a true and honest assessment of any work that may be needed, what the cost will be, and how long the job is likely to take. They will never try to mis-sell you a repair or try to convince you that a job needs doing when it doesn’t. I really can’t recommend East Motors enough.
