   A Lovely lady called Nic served me. She gave me a refund because if pick the wrong watch. She then got what I wanted quick. Even took some links out for me because the watch was to big. Even been back twice take more links out. They did this no bother. The watch is beautiful wae a very good price. Will buy from there again.

   Had great service from Carol in this branch. Had to get a watch strap lengthened. Even though the watch was purchased elsewhere. As the branch didn't stock this particular model. They arranged for two links to be sent and they added them to the strap. Great staff to deal with.

   I have always been loyal to the st helens branch as Nic and all the staff are friendly and look after their customers. Nic knew the watch I was there to buy and sorted the links so a good fit.    Absolutely Outstanding service received here! So pleased with the young lady served me on the day of my purchase I think was Grayce. I am absolutely very difficult customer to work with when comes to receive a service,90% of people will get really pissed of me as as a Tradesman I aim to provide the best service possibly I can and expect this vise versa,I am more fussier than a woman,when comes to choose something to buy for myself,and this was with the case on this day too,tryed so many watches,asked so many questions,tried so many modifications before I made my choise of a watch,and ended up getting actually 2 instead of 1 :),as most times I wont be able to like anything when comes to me. She was Absolutely so patient with me,Thank you,you deserve to work actually there ! Thank you for your service Grayce! Shortening service in store too,she have done this for me as well,very pleased with that.    5 Star service ! I went in initially to get a watch bracelet altered to fit my wrist. Asked a member of staff how to fix the time on another watch (G-Shock), as it adjusts forward 1 hour and back 1 hour (summertime/wintertime adjustments), but mine was 13 minutes wrong. Attempted to adjust with no joy, retained the watch for the manager to look at it the next day. Less than 24 hours later, sorted !! Thank you very much Ladies, really appreciate your help and service.
