Popped here today, a hidden gem I needed two braclets repaired, this was done while I waited, no charge, lovely friendly staff, will definitely go to this shop again
PJ's were amazing. We got our wedding rings through them, and their brilliant team designed a stunning wedding ring to fit perfectly with my fiancée's unique engagement ring. They worked exactly to the schedule they gave and both rings look beautiful. They also were able to provide a tungsten wedding band, which suits me far better for my lifestyle and work. They sized our fingers and their advice and expertise designing the ring was excellent. To top it off, they polished the engagement ring when they returned it back to us too! Staff were so friendly and kind and helped us through the process smoothly and with a smile :)) We'll definitely be coming back for any of our jewellery needs in future.
A big shout out to PJs, especially the workshop. I’d bought a loose Ethiopian Black Opal and wanted it mounted onto a silver pendant. I’m absolutely made up with it. I’ll be looking for my next gem to get done here.
I want to thanks the staff for going above and beyond, My watch was damaged during a battery replcement and they just walked over to Beaverbrooks and bought me a replacement watch with no hassle. Thanks for your outstanding service.

Just wanted to thank all the lovely ladies who work at this amazing jewellers. I could not believe the excellent choice of earings and the staff were so very helpful. I went there today after tribble experience with James warren in golden square , all 3 ladies were attentive and super helpful. They let me try Afew chains and at the end they cleaned it for me. Very good experience and happy with my chain. Thanks
Not long started going in,What a lovely shop and the staff are lovely especially Lotty bought 2 lovely rings,well hubby did for my birthday, will definitely make this our new jewellers.
EXCELLENT customer service. I cleaned my necklace in my Son’s jewellery sonic machine and there was still hair wrapped around some of the chain, so me being clever! thought a little soak in bleach would do the trick…….I completely ruined it and it was so badly tarnished, it was nearly black! I was completely devastated…. I took it into P j’s Jewellers and a lovely lady Karen served me and assured me that she would try her best to remove the tarnish…..Karen spoke to me and said the tarnish had gone but the hair wrapped around was really difficult to remove and she sent it off to another one of the shop’s specialist to take it that step further….WELL!!! It came back shinier than it was new! No way did it think they could do anything with it but I was totally proved wrong…. It wasn’t expensive at all for all that they had done and the time spent working on it, NOTHING was too much trouble for Karen and was prepared to go above and beyond, exhausting all avenues to give the best service possible…. Karen your a total credit to this company and I’m sure I’m in a line of very happy customers, I’m one very happy customer. Thanks so much Karen and the gentleman, sorry I don’t remember his name. I can’t thank you enough for what you have done and for your EXCELLENT customer service…. I had two rings enlarged using gold from a third ring. They were different carat golds and you can't tell - absolutely brilliant job. The staff were very friendly and attentive to detail, even ringing me to check on a couple of things before starting the work. Highly recommended.
