   I have picked up a custom made ring that Ryan has made from my engagement ring, my mum and nan's wedding rings and he has put in my mum and dad's ashes in it also. From the first visit with Helena and Zac to discussing the requirements with Ryan the service was exceptional. Ryan has also made me some earrings from my mum's engagement ring.    My (now) fiancé had my engagement ring made here and has done nothing but rave about their service. He said the consultation he had was was incredibly thorough, they listened, talked, suggested and finally brought the ring from his imagination to life. We brought the ring back here when we realised it didn't fit yesterday at 14:40 and I had a phone call at 15:30 to say the resize was completed. A truly impeccable, trustworthy team of people who really care about their customers and the integrity of their industry in which they are experts. I'll never go anywhere else after receiving such a prestige service by these incredible men and can't wait to start wedding ring shopping here. 10/10.

   Replaced my Cartier watch battery with proper attention to detail for only £10, if you have a high end watch, go to this jeweller and don't risk paying "cheaper" (not that £10 isn't cheap !) for someone else who might not do the right job! Cheerful service and a great price!

   Excellent customer service. Young gentleman reshaped my wife's wedding ring whilst we waited, also cleaned the ring, so that it looked like new, and did not charge for the service. Will definitely use this jeweller again for any future purchases. Thankyou.

   I was looking for a wind up watch to treat myselt to a birthday present. I went in several shops in st helens but most of them only did battery ones .i came across this shop louis Williams look to posh for me but i looked in there window and the prices where so good, i went in and i was treated very nicely dy a young gentlemen nothing was to much trouble to make me feel very special indeed i bought a watch love it and been back for another one . keep up the fantastic work and thanks for making me feel ferry special .

   I had my wedding ring cut off here as it was totally stuck, I was advised to leave it for a few weeks for any swelling to go down before returning to have it resized. I then took my wedding, engagement and eternity rings in to all be resized. I got them all back today and am thrilled with them. The workmanship is perfect and they've all been polished and look brand new again. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for either buying or repairing. The Hoffman family are very friendly, helpful and welcoming, a pleasure to do business with. Thank you once again for my beautiful rings.
