   My (now) husband had a wonderful experience choosing my engagement ring. He had been stuck on where to go and what style of ring. Kayes were so helpful and I’m so grateful that they supported him in choosing a beautiful engagement ring. They also allowed my mother in law to come and see it as well, which she absolutely loved. When choosing my wedding ring it was a no-brainer to return to Kayes and I’m so grateful I did. Pippa from start to finish was incredible, she went above and beyond to make sure my wedding ring was just as special as my engagement ring. When the wedding planning had got quite stressful, I came to pick up my ring and it brought the excitement back, as Pippa was just as excited as me. I chose a custom ring to fit my vintage engagement ring and it’s perfect. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to find something as beautiful, and wouldn’t have been able to create something so beautiful without Pippa’s help. The entire team are brilliant. How they remember who you are and feel excited to see you. We also dealt with Niamh who is beyond lovely! Thanks All! ❤️

   I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Kayes, and can’t recommend them enough! I had great support from Tom when looking for an engagement ring, but the time when the service really shone was when my wife and I were looking for our bands. We’d looked in other jewellers, but found we were getting pushy sales chat from the start, with no real interest in us or making it feel special. Going back to Kayes though, couldn’t have felt more different! I was pleased to be served by Tom again, who took genuine interest in our story and made the moment feel special. There was no rush, no pushy sales tactics, it felt like we really had the space and time to make our decision. All the rings are a fantastic design and quality. Couldn’t be happier with our rings, and would recommend to everyone!

   What can I say? Our experience with Kayes was wonderful. I treated my wife to a new engagement ring after 30 years of marriage as she'd lost a few stones from her original ring.    Had a great experience with Kayes when buying an engagement ring! All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable - very helpful for someone without a lot of experience buying jewellery. No pressure was put on you and they were very happy to set out the different options and offer advice on each. Once I’d decided, the process was straightforward and the ring was ready exactly when they said it would be. I also appreciated that the staff were excited on our behalf and clearly wished me and my partner well. The ring itself was beautiful, exactly what I wanted and I appreciated that Kayes offer to resize it if needed, though we got the right size so didn’t need to in the end. Overall, I can’t recommend Kayes enough; I had a great experience!

   I had a truly fantastic experience at Kayes. Booking an appointment with little notice (following a recommendation from my brother who was married 2 years before). I arrived hoping to complete the daunting task of picking an engagement ring that would be a complete surprise. As such some guess/detective work on ring size and style from just thoughts, from start to finish the experience felt personal and supportive. Taking through different styles and how they might feel and of course discussions on metal types and the all important diamond. The team at Kayes worked with me throughout and helped me pick the perfect ring. I also set an incredibly demanding ask of whether it would be possible to have it set and the ring made within a week so I could have it ready to propose before we went away, and miraculously they could turn it around setting the ring I had chosen in the setting and metal of choice by the Friday after my Saturday appointment. And thankfully she said Yes!

   Absolutely beautiful jewellers in the heart of Chester. I was looking at their engagement rings through their window one day and made a point of going back there as they stood out from the rest. My partner and I didn’t make an appointment but we were made to feel instantly at ease by Amanda who welcomed us with warmth and friendliness . She was so lovely, along with the equally lovely Gill who we ended up chatting to, we didn’t want to leave. We were made to feel so special and I ended up with the engagement ring of my dreams. It’s absolutely stunning!! Lovely store and amazing, attentive staff and the jewellery is to die for. We will be back. Thank you.

   After 2 failed attempts at getting the engagement ring of my fiancée dreams from other jewellers in Chester up stepped the team at Kayes to sort it out and boy did they sort it out! WOW WOW WOW!!! We were so nervous after the other experiences we had in Chester but we shouldn’t have been Carinth looked after us with such professionalism you can tell she absolutely knows her trade and you can trust that she understands your vision. Upon collection we met Nick who had personally overseen our build and you could tell was so invested in the outcome. Both couldn’t have provided a better experience or outcome. Thank you so much for creating the engagement ring we really wanted and now of course our wedding rings too! Don’t mess around going anywhere else just go straight to Kayes!

   Absolutely amazing service!! After coming into the shop with a very specific ask for my engagement ring Carinth, Nick and the team were able to design and make my dream custom engagement ring and 2 wedding rings. The service from start to finish was amazing and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered emails and calls straight away. The finished product is stunning and I won’t go anywhere else now for my jewellery. I haven’t stopped raving about it and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again to the team for such an enjoyable shopping experience.

   I had been looking all around Chester and visited countless jewellers looking for a ring for my fiancé to propose with. I happened to walk past the shop on a whim and noticed in the window what I could only describe as the perfect ring I had been looking for! I walked in and was greeted so kindly by everyone there and throughout the whole process I wasn't once made to feel pressured at the shop like I had been at other places. So I would just like to make a special mention to Gill, Pippa and Carinth as they made the experience of ring shopping so easy and enjoyable and every time I popped in they just wanted the best for me and my proposal. Would highly recommend Kayes to anyone who is looking for first class customer service and also the most amazing rings in Chester!

   We wanted to leave a review and to thank the team at Kayes, in particular Gill. We chose to visit Kayes after viewing their website along with them being a family run and independent jewellers. We received a warm welcome into Kayes and we were assisted by Gill who was fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was one to remember for all the right reasons! There was no pressure or sales tactics and was a very enjoyable and special experience picking our engagement rings. We were also very impressed with the speed in which our rings were resized and ready to collect!
