   The staff in this Pandora are amazing! Grace was so patient and helped my friend and I choose our charms even though we were ages!! She selected several options for us both to choose from asking relevant questions to determine what we wanted.... even though we were both unclear initially!!! So instead of just getting 1 charm each as gifts that we went in for she showed is the deal and so we both chose another and then both got free charms each also! A lovely girl who really did help us have a lovely Pandora experience and we shall both return and recommend...Top marks

   I called into the store in Widnes today as my colleague had ordered an item on line but the wrong size was delivered, the young lady that served me was great she was very helpful, friendly but professional. I can not thank her enough and because of her attitude and helpfulness I will definitely call into the shop in Widnes rather than shop online. Thank you.

   Absolutely shocking customer service! Couldn't supply a simple bag or gift wrapping service for a set purchased online for my daughters 13th birthday! Franchise or not, most places realise the benefit of good customer service skills & will help seek a solution even if it cannot go through the till as a straightforward transaction! The 'assistant' if you can call her that was no help at all, later seen too busy yawning her head off in the shop window instead of helping customers! Will never set foot in this place again!
