    I went here to cash in some scrap gold, the staff were pleasant enough, but the price offered was £10 per gram less than I actually got elsewhere. The scrap gold amount for 9 carat gold at the time was between £35 and £38 per gram on the internet, these offered £25 per gram, I actually received £500 more for my scrap gold elsewhere, my advice please shop around there is better value out there and if you have a spare few quid buy a small set of scales, think I paid a tenner, just so you have an idea of the weight.

    The website and prices were very good, found what I was looking for with ease and plenty of information in the description, but as of today my item still hasn’t arrived, I placed my order on 01-01-25 and it’s was dispatched express delivery which was the 03-01-25 not express delivery really but ok, now as of today I still haven’t received my order, DPD are stating now my item hasn’t been scanned for over 24hrs and can’t be located, Milton’s have now recalled the item back and are refusing a refund until the order is received back to them, even though DPD state item cannot be found in warehouse or lost and found etc. So No Jewellery, No Refund and waited 2 week for nothing. Also been ignored now by customer service after I shown evidence from DPD, thought I was been reasonable waiting this long to contact them but unfortunately not

    So disappointed. Called to confirm I was outside and wanted to try park as I wanted to buy a ring. Parked up ran over and then it was 1654pm I was looking in the window to try and find the right ring. When then hoping to get in just before 5pm they moved the jewellery out of the window. I know they close at 5 but I was about to spend £1k approx so really don't think they went the extra mile for me. I've sold many years ago a ring to this jewellers following a temp separation and it's still in the window just under £1400 and no chance to look at it again . I know its close to closing but surely could have given me 5 minutes
