   Poor service, wasn’t even busy and the staff were so dismissive I felt like they wanted me out before I even tried anything on. funnily enough remembered to offer me the warranty but didn’t even ask to resize the watch. Selection of watches was as poor as the customer service.

   I have spent a fortune here in the last 2 years, an engagement ring, wedding rings, general gifts etc. Had an issue with an item not being exactly right, wont go into details but the staff were fair, courteous, professional and resolved the issue competently and expeditiously to our satisfaction. Thank you, Im sure I will shop with you again in the future

   I have visited this store many times as just a browsing customer. Recently I wanted to buy a ring to complete the matching set I have was in the Leeds store and was browsing for a few items when I got assistance I asked the lady if the ring was Available to purchase and she had a look on there system and advised it wasn’t and I did ask if it’s possible to get the ring from any other store and she advised it wasn’t. I was totally gutted as I knew I wanted this ring at all costs. Anyhow me and my partner remembered the outlet store in Cheshire oaks and my husband advised it’s worth giving them a call to check. He called the store and they advised they have the ring in stock and in store it’s available to purchase and to my luck in the exact size I need ! The manager Jeanette was helpful and advised a team would ring to take payment over the phone and they can send the parcel for delivery to my home address as I do not live close by. Eventually had someone ring confirm all details and it was that easy ! Got an email confirmation of the order and it was delivered the next day. The ring is beautiful and I am so happy. Thank you to Jeanette and her team for being so helpful. Will definitely be going back to this store. Thanks again !

   Terrible,un informed,clueless staff and rude manager Bought levian ring had it 2 months and the stone came loose took it back and it was sent back to ernest jones repair department A month later phoned to find out were it was and was told the back off the stone was damaged and it was being sent back to levian and was also told i would have to pay £290 on a ring with a lifetime guarantee after 2 months of ownership.phoned numerous times too find out what was going on,none off the staff knew what was going on including the rude manager who denied knowing anything about it(even though it was her who said we had to pay)had to phone numerous times as no one contacted us back Complained to head office got a call that day off manager apologizing and stating she didnt know about the problem Was offered a new ring(not in stock) Refund or the ring repaired free off charge I wanted my ring back so took the repair Went into the store today,ignored by a staff member who was messing with some watches Eventually got served and was told i couldn't have the ring until I paid £290 Said i would not pay she said she would have to speak to the manger who wouldnt come out off the back room and speak to me Was made to wait 20 minutes while she read through the notes,eventually got the ring and didnt have too pay I would NEVER NEVER buy anything off ernest jones again disgracefull service and attitude towards there customers
