   Went into the store to buy something for myself as a gift today (27 December 2025). The original shop assistant assisting me was really polite and helpful, but an older colleague, who I`m assuming was part of the management team, came over and started being quite condescending/patronsiing and I felt like I was being rushed to complete my purchase, despite the fact I was still being assisted with some queries I had. It frankly ruined my shopping experience and of visiting the store.

   Recent Christmas shopping trip to Chester. Worse experience in all the shops I visited. Walked in and felt very rushed. No time for browsing, asked straight away what I wanted then escorted to the desk with a few charms shoved in front of me. My husband even tried to point a charm out to me that he thought I might like for myself and the assistant just said, yeah it’s that one. Also found him extremely unhelpful with the packing up process. You either pay for the new packaging or get a little cardboard box shown to you and get told, that’s all you get now! This experience actually ruined part of my day!

   My daughter adores Pandora so whilst on a shopping trip to Chester, we visited the store. Initially all was great, lovely assistant helped us with an enquiry, then left us to browse. Whilst standing at the counter of bracelets before the exit, we were looking at a different bracelet to add to her collection, we were rudely asked by another assistant if she could 'slip in' which actually turned into her fully moving us out of the way, then moving us sideways as she brought another family in to see the exact same products we were looking at. With that we left, no purchase and a very disappointing experience. Bad show Chester, improvement required and maybe employ staff with some manners. Not what we expect from you.
