DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Do not have your rings rhodium plated by this shop Mine were done in August and the plating has worn away. Was told today "too much traffic on my hands' Have had them done elsewhere before and have lasted 12-18 months

Without doubt the strangest experience. I am surprised they are still in business the way the man (he doesn't deserve to be referred to as gentleman) treated my husband and I! Perhaps we looked like we didn't have money to spend, he wouldn't show us anything?! Being told I should go away and figure out what I want, my inherited jewelry is substandard because it was probably rolled gold. Enough was enough. Left him mid sentence having seen no items at all!! Very strange way to do business. Would not recommend.

Amazing experience! I came to the store “Lotus Diamonds”looking for a birthday present for my mom! the staff are very welcoming and helped me. my mom's finger size was not available, they made a special order for me. After 4 weeks they called that the ring was ready! it was amazing! highly recommend!!!
AVOID. The owner has sadly passed away. Mahmoud was a lovely man. However the current "manager" Faye is most unpleasant. I found her to be aggressive rude and extremely dismissive. According to her diamonds ARE NOT FOREVER. I spent thousands and got substandard workmanship. Having to return my bracelet 3 TIMES- first time was within 4 months of purchasing!!! Do not use these people. I bought wedding rings off them for my Wife and me. When we picked them up, they had made them up as a different design. It was so upsetting and dreadful . they sent them back and re made. But they also came back as nothing like we ordered. They basically said accept these or not and that was 2 days before our wedding. They offered me discount on future purchases. Dreadful experience. I will never go back to these people ever again.
