   This is the second Cape Town and Safari trip that we booked through Travel Butlers. Tracey has been wonderful on both occasions; seamlesly stitching all our requests for two different conservancies together to create a package of our choosing aligned to our budget. I do not normally post reviews on Google but I feel compelled to highly recommend Travel Butlers as they have created two wonderful experiences for us. They are the best.

   An epic trip! Tracey thoroughly understood what we wanted to do, how to organise it, and completely delivered an unforgettable, wonderful holiday. The local agents that Travel Butlers used were absolutely first class - always there when we needed them, extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgable.    A trip of a lifetime with my daughter. Thanks to Tracey it was flawless! We visited Victoria Falls in Zimbabue, Pilanesberg National Park, Mauritius and Johannesburg with planes in 14 days. A bit complicated but we were able to see and visit everything we had our hearts set into. All the accomodations, the transfers, the food was 5 stars and we felt very safe and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Tracey to everybody!

   If you are looking for someone to organize a seamless, trouble free safari adventure, talk to Tracey from Travel Butlers.  My family, four of us, were planning a safari with a friend who works in Africa.  When our friend had to cancel, I was very fortunate to have found Tracey, from Travel Butlers.  Her familiarity with the area and the logistics of travel in Africa, were invaluable. Tracey not only found a great camp for us, but organized the airport pickups, transfers, flights, booked excursions, hotel, and made all the necessary arrangements for our trip.    If you are looking for a pre-packaged safari vacation or something completely custom, please speak with Tracey Campbell of Travel Butlers Ltd. We worked with Tracey to book our dream honeymoon and that's exactly what it was: a dream! She took care of all the details for us and was very prompt to respond and fix any problems. The trip was extremely well organized and she partners with some an amazing safari company (Simba Safaris Ltd.) as well as some beyond amazing properties to stay at during your safari. We even got stuck as our flight home was cancelled and Tracey worked promptly, was available on the emergency line and was able to find us accommodations and a driver for the time that we were stranded, which was a blessing in disguise because we had a few extra days in beautiful Tanzania! I can't recommend Tracey and Travel Butlers enough! Book with them and you will not regret it!

   I cannot say enough great things about Tracey Campbell of Travel Butlers, Inc. She planned the perfect 16 day African safari trip for me and my husband, Rick. I wanted to maximize our chances at seeing the Great Migration and a river crossing of wildebeest. I also told her we tend to like privacy and just being together. She put together a trip that went from Kenya’s Masai Mara to Tanzania’s Northern Serengeti, to Central Serengeti and to Ngorongoro Crater. To say she did a spectacular job is an understatement. Each place was beautiful but different from each other. We felt like we were really out there in the bush, yet the accommodations were luxurious. She made sure we had top-notch guides, Alan from GameWatchers and Joachim Andrew from Simba Safaris. She is great at trouble shooting when there was a potential problem I alerted her about, she immediately fixed the situation, and it never became a problem. When I needed a clarification on the itinerary and had a preference she responded immediately and made sure things went just the way I had hoped. She made sure our 30th wedding anniversary was celebrated in style! Before the trip Tracey gave me all the information I needed to enter Kenya and Tanzania without a problem, no easy task nowadays. I emailed her so much asking questions and she always answered so quickly. Tracey handled with such finesse our trip being postponed for two years with all the work of rebooking us each of those years, flight changes that required changing of plans and more. She also gave us all the information on what to bring, tipping suggestions, etc. Rick and I were so prepared for the trip due to Tracey. Our trip was a complex trip and she made it go without a hitch. She was so attentive to every little detail. Tracey is fantastic and I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to go to Africa on safari. She gave us our dream vacation, exceeded all our expectations!

   We used Travel Butlers to plan our South African safari honeymoon, and I am SO glad we did. The whole thing was completely stress and hassle free. We were sent various travel agendas across to choose from, all with a variety of different lodges/transfer options/flight options. There was nothing that was too much trouble for Natasha (who has now left) and Tracey. The holiday itself was out of this world, the lodges we chose from those we were sent were incredible, they all had something different to offer, and all in different reserves. Travel Butlers had told each resort we were on our honeymoon, and the resorts went out of their way to make it special for us by setting us up a special candlelit dinner. I hope in future we will be in a position to do another adventure holiday like this again, as we would definitely go through Travel Butlers, they definitely know what they're talking about and they sure can plan a safari!    Most reviews talk about how great their trip was. And yes, my trip was great, but the true test of a booking company is how they plan ahead, solve problems and respond. Travel Butlers absolutely had my back, doing the research, answering endless questions & solving problems BEFORE they occurred. I have traveled over 40 countries now and most of the time I make all my own arrangements. But African countries can be particularly challenging and then throw in the varying and ever changing Covid requirements, yellow fever, etc. and it can be a nightmare. Prior to the African safari trip with Travel Butlers, I had another Safari planned with a different booking agent in Uganda. It was Tracy at Travel Butler's that alerted me to the yellow fever vaccine required that I did not have, not the other booking company! It was Tracy at Travel Butler's not the other booking agent that helped me maneuver through all those requirements. Travel Butlers solved several other problems for me that were not their doing. They were simply awesome. I met with a couple whose trip was a disaster and they blamed it completely on the booking agent that they hired. I believe that Travel Butlers is very competitive in their pricing but for your sake as well as the trip - look beyond the pricing. You want to have great memories, not a nightmare like the other booking company almost provided.

   We first used Travel Butlers 4 years ago in planning our first trip to South Africa. It was AMAZING. We knew right then and there when we got married, it was going to be in South Africa and we were going to use Travel Butlers. We planned the wedding for over two years using Tracy's help. There were 17 of us in the group and she was able to keep everything organized. She also worked with the lodge where the ceremony was to organize the wedding day. It was the most magical day of my life and am so thankful we had Tracy and Travel Butlers to assist us in our journey. We will always recommend Travel Butlers and Tracey to anyone we know going to Southern Africa. We will also be using them on any future endeavors there! We cannot wait to go back!!
