Awful, awful experience with absolutely zero consideration for holiday makers. My wife and I were planning our honeymoon for April 2024 and we saw that Turquoise holidays could offer packages to our chosen destinations, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Feeling excited we engaged with someone called Nick Prentice on 8th Jan 2024. He sent a very expansive email outlining all the possibilities for us plus a few itineraries. We saw this as an excellent start and sent him a reply with a few details that needed to be amended, such as the number of nights. We didn't realise that there would be zero engagement from then on. We sent 2-3 follow up emails and even sent a detailed day-by-day example itinerary for him to discuss with us. My final email to him was sent on 19th Jan 2024 asking for "any update". He didn't even have the courtesy to reply to that. Complete time wasters. I'd suggest holiday makers look elsewhere, because in the end we found a much more responsive, creative, and helpful travel agent company who allowed us to experience the holiday of a lifetime - and all for much cheaper than the numbers branded about by Nick initially. One of the most unprofessional organisations I have ever witnessed.
We arranged our honeymoon through Turquoise. Katie was lovely and extremely good at arranging the honeymoon just as we wanted, including lovely little touches at each hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. The advice was extremely valuable as well and always very responsive. The app is very helpful for documents when you're on the trip. We also loved the honeymoon "sponsor" website they provided for wedding guests to contribute to. It was extremely easy to use and allowed guests to be as personalised or not as they wanted. We would definitely recommend them or consider using them again.
Turquoise holidays have been so so so unbelievably helpful in ensuring my new wife and I had the most amazing honeymoon. Especially thought all the covid choas they have been attentive and been on hand to answer questions and delivery a great honeymoon experience.
I would definitely recommend Turquoise Holidays for their outstanding professionalism and warm and helpful approach. They designed a wonderful honeymoon trip for us and they have been advising us and answering all our questions promptly at all times. Even though our plans had to be unfortunately cancelled due to the Coronavirus crisis, Turquoise agents have been very kindly supporting us every step of the way, communicating with us during all this time and working hard to achieve the best outcome for us. We are very happy with the service despite of the unfortunate circumstances and we hope to be able to enjoy one of their amazing holidays in the future. Thank you Turquoise team!

Travel service on another level! We used Turquoise holidays for the first time after coming across the company when booking our honeymoon. From start to finish the level of service was excellent and they created a great multi-stop itinerary and Carl our travel specialist was really able to tell us his own personal opinions on places we were visiting as he had stayed there before. Flight bookings were all good and seamless with no issues as were all the accommodation and transfer bookings. It really was a luxury holiday and the whole trip just offered a level of service we have not experienced before, but it was great to know someone would always be available if needed. 100% recommend and also want to highlight just how good Carl was with communications and bookings.
I cannot rave about Turquoise holidays enough. Lara, who dealt with our honeymoon was so quick and efficient, and really listened to what we wanted, coming back with some tips and personal experiences about our trip. It was perfectly tailor made! Will 100% be using again. I cannot wait for our honeymoon!!
