I booked a holiday for one week all inclusive was told that total cost is 1490e. After a few weeks I called asking for a final confirmation they said I have some outstanding balance to be paid. I dont wanted to lose the money I have already paid. I ended up paying 2335β¬ now they say Still have to pay 100β¬ on top of what I already paid. Sending them exact date and amount paid no one got back to me. I called again someone said the main manager will call me back in 10mints. No one did I called again and was told sorry Mam our Customer service office is now closed. Completely unprofessional just terrible, never again.

I booked with flightoffice based in Slough after finding the flight on google flights. They were not the cheapest but they were close to me and I like to support local business where I can. According to my bank the payment went to Travelopedia. The directors appear to be Rajneesh Sharma and Shikha Bhardwaj and they show as Atol registered. The flight I booked was Β£1920 however the day after they started trying to call me I suspect looking at the other reviews to ask for more money. Someone called Dave Smith who I also suspect is a made up person based on the reaction I had when I called back. They then emailed me days later to say they cancelled my flight and would return my money. However the flight was booked for 10 days time and 7 days later I still do not have my money returned. This means I cannot fly to meet my family over Christmas. This feels a bit scamish to me and I have been left in a very unpleasant situation of not being able to travel. On that basis I do NOT recommend this company.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are professional scammers. Their website has flights that they don't have. As soon as they collect your money, the flight you booked will suddenly be unavailable, at which point they will try to sell you other more expensive flights. If you decline to spend more money with them, they will make a false promise to refund your money within 7-10 days. You will chase and chase to no avail. Your best hope is that you paid with a reputable credit card and they assist with chasing the refund.

Most horrific experience while booking a tkt. I paid for what was showing on the website and an hour later this man calls and says that tkt is not available and for additional Β£150 he will give me tkt with another airlines. He puts the phone down then calls back again. Had to plea for a refund which room 15 days to arrive. The agents are not polite at all and needs training on how to speak to customers. I would not recommend this company.

STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND 3 WEEKS LATER AFTER 12 PHONE CALLS. WILL SELL YOU A TICKET AT LOWER PRICE AND THEN BLACKMAIL YOU INTO PAYING A MUCH HIGHER FEE OR PAY A FINE FOR A TICKET THAT WAS NEVER AVAILABLE AT THE ORIGINAL OFFERED PRICE ANYWAY. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THEM.

as with any holiday.. if you go cheap you cannot have high expectations. Our experience was good, we have paid when booking for an upgraded room with balcony but we have not received that. I did not like the initial review pressure from the agency side.. do it now while I`m on the phone that was unexpected and unprofessional. Holiday was fine and Benidorm is amazing we stayd at Grand hotel Bali which I recommend

I would not recommend anyone to deal with these scammers! I bought from them a ticket to Turkey all inclusive! Firstly, no one met us, we went by taxi for $ 60, and secondly, the hotel was supposed to be 4 Stars, it turned out to be 3 stars, but it was terrible in every sense !!! thirdly, we were told to pay separately for drinks! in the fourth, there was no buffet, for breakfast they brought us food, if you can call it food !!! on which the flies were sitting !!! the beach is wild, not cleaned !! guys we ran away from there on the first day of our arrival! travel lodges did not respond to our emails as soon as we entered the land of Turkey!!! so yes we got tricked hard! I collect everything for the court and they will return the money to me, but unfortunately a lot of people suffered from them,

They have a very unethical work practice in place. They took the money out of account even though I clearly stated I wasn't happy with the agent quoting a different figure right at the end. He said it was "basic supplier charges". My reservations have been messed up. Call them and they tell you they'll call back in 10 minutes. I'm thinking of reporting them for malpractice. Keep away from them.

Customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Arrived at our destination airport. Transfer to hotel wasnβt there. Phoned company and had the most unhelpful phone operator possible. Refused to send another email with the details he claimed was on the transfer voucher even thought these were completely different to ours. Wouldnβt supply any contact details as they were on the voucher apparently( they werenβt ). After insisting that our transfer was there waiting and 2 hours of us walking round and round the airport trying to find it we got a taxi costing Β£150 to our hotel. Still we tried to contact by email to the company to check whatβs going on, still no reply. Then on last two days I phone company again both times reassured that our transfer was legit, booked and would be collecting us at 5am to take us back. Needless to say it never costing Β£150 returning back to airport. On arrival back to the UK I was able to get in touch with the name of a company on the transfer voucher. To which a very helpful lady inform me that the operators(holiday company) had cancelled our transfer in January. Donβt touch this company.
