Myself, missus and my sister travelled to perform our Hajj last year in June 2024. At first we were really scared as it was our first time traveling to Makkah and Medina and we didn't know anyone and we just wanted to make sure that we performed all our Arkans correctly in Hajj. originally we were meant to go with another tour guide and at the last minute it all changed. I met our tour guide Zeeshan at the airport and from that time on we got along quite a lot and it felt like I had known Zeeshan before going to Hajj. Zeeshan is a very honest, reliable, respectful helpful, friendly and a caring individual who will go out of his way to help you you or anyone. Zeeshan, my tour guide is a boss. Very knowledgeable, friendly. honest, if I could , I would let him do my taxes as well. Very helpful, all his tours was on time, he carried us Hajj and you get personal attention from him with regards to knowledge and any help or assistance you may need. He speaks various languages and helps you get deals in shopping as well. When ready to move out , he gets everyone in the buses 1st and on the tour sites as well. Cant go wrong with this guy, really genuine person.
We booked our Umra package over Christmas, we found the booking process easy and stress free. The Hotels where good, they where close to the mosques, the hotels where clean they had a good spread for breakfast. Everything was organised by the company, transportation ziarats to the booking of riazat Jannat . The contacts in Saudi both at Makkah and Medina where real helpful and always on hand.
