Alhamdulilah our Umrah journey was stress free thanks to Armaghan @ Al Hadi Travel. Our budget was catered to and our time in Makkah and Madinah was great. Hotels were only 10min away from the Masjids. Armaghan sorted everything out for us and made it easy, especially as it was our first Umrah. They even upgraded us last minute at no extra cost.

From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Armaghan’s organising skills were impeccable and absolutely flawless. Every single part of our trip was planned perfectly — all transfers were on time, and I received regular updates without even having to ask. He checked in with us throughout the journey to make sure we were okay, arrived safely, and were comfortable. That personal touch made such a difference. Makkah: We stayed at Swissotel Makkah, and it was simply amazing. The hotel and service were flawless, and my elderly parents were looked after so well, which gave me such peace of mind. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Makkah Ziyarat organised by AlHadi was also wonderful — everything went smoothly and was explained beautifully. Madinah: Our stay in Madinah was fantastic. The hotel was just a 3–4 minute walk from Gate 339, which was perfect. Breakfast there was fine, just quite busy at times. The Ziyarat was lovely and very informative, making the experience even more special. Doha Stopover: Our hotel in Doha was gorgeous, and the service once again was flawless. It was a perfect ending to a beautiful journey. There were no mishaps at all — everything went so smoothly from beginning to end. Everyone in our group was happy, relaxed, and grateful for such a well-organised trip. I can’t thank Armaghan-Ur Rehman enough for his outstanding service and dedication. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and that kind of care is rare these days. I will definitely be using AlHadi Travels again, and Armaghan will always be my go-to person for any future Umrah or travel plans. Every traveller needs someone like him.

Alhamdulilah I have been very pleased with my entire experience with Al Hadi Travel. Habib was the person that we liaised with and he went above and beyond to ensure that the trip was to our requirements and as pleasant as possible. He remained in contact throughout the entire process including the actual trip. Even while we were in Makkah and Medina he emailed us to check that the accommodation and transfers were as expected and to ensure that we did not have any issues. In my experience, this is unheard of with other travel agencies. Alhamdulillah we did not encounter any problems. The transfers were punctual and our hotels were as expected. Habib had been completely honest and transparent about the distance of each hotel and the star rating. This is the first travel agency where I have experienced such honesty and this is one of the many reasons why I have recommended Al Hadi Travel to family members and friends. I would in hindsight have booked a closer hotel in Makkah, we stayed as Al Kiswar Towers. It took in total 25-30 minutes including the hotel shuttle bus to the bus station and then a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station to the haraam. But this was due to my budget and requirements so no fault of Al Hadi Travel. The hotel in Medina (Waqf Bin Osman Affan) was very good and only a 5 minute walk from Masjid Nawbi. Masha Allah, a very pleasant experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend.
Very helpful, good and easy to reach out to. They gave me good package for Umrah and they kept in touch all the way. The company and its staff are extremely helpful and they are very deserving and are in constant contact to ensure you are happy with everything. We had a very good experience we always recommend people to choose AlHadi travels again and again. The hotel for Makkah and madina was 4 to 5 star the hotels were really nice and clean and in Makkah breakfast was very stunning everything what you want to eat in madina we didn’t have breakfast but also it was available in the hotel if you have it from the hotel the madina hotel it was a bit far from the haram but the coach was available to take you to the and bring you back and you enjoy this experience as well with AlHadi travels.the image that I put up is how far it it from the Makkah hotel to the haram.
We needed an Umrah package at short notice and were pleased with the efficient communication and service provided by brother Arslan. He tailored our package according to our requirements and sent numerous options. Our flight tickets, hotel bookings and transport were all issued on time and everything went smoothly.
