   This a great booking experience. The booking confirmation email came in immediately after payment. Within 15 min, I was contacted for specific booking requests. Within one hour, the eTicket with the exact price matching was released. The email also contains ATOL-certificate, Itinerary and important information. It was comprehensive and clear. I'm very happy with the entire booking experience and outcome. Happy to recommend it!

   I had a very good experience and I'm happy with my flight booking; it was a smooth experience and I was treated with respect. Mukesh Kumar, the customer service agent, was calm and professional during our telephone conversations and he took his time to explain baggage allowance for my chosen itinerary. The flight ticket price I paid was decent and was also the cheapest amongst other travel agencies at the time. Good job team Flightcatchers; keep rocking it please.....

Since this was my first experience with Flight Catcher for booking an air ticket, I had many questions, but he stayed calm, patient, and respectful throughout the entire conversation. He took the time to guide me step by step, made sure all my doubts were cleared, and never rushed the process. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate his support and would be happy to speak with him again in the future.

   If I could give this company 0 stars i would - please pay the little extra and use a reputable company by far the worse booking experience ever they just want money for changes that can be made by yourself on the airlines website such as accepting a flight time change that has been made by the airline they wont tell you that you can accept it direct and want to charge you for accepting it. Also submitted all the wrong passport information for the tickets even though passport copies etc were provided very incompetent people on the phone take no responsibility please don't do what i did and read the reviews first - i can say the poor ones are all true after the experience i had will never use these guys again even if they offered me free flights!! Be aware !

   AVOID!!! I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a flight with this company, if you can even call them that. My uncle passed away a month before the flight. Virgin Atlantic provided a full refund to this company due to the death of my uncle, however this company are withholding the funds and not refunding us. They are essentially profiting off the fact that my uncle passed away. They are keeping the money of a grieving family and have no shame. After multiple conversations via email and phone, they have shown all they care about is money. We are not asking them to refund us out of their own money, they have already been provided a full refund by Virgin Atlantic, they are just keeping the money for themselves instead of passing that refund onto us. Disgusting company with no morals. Stay away!!!

   I will not be booking anymore flights with flight catchers team.I managed to book flights for my parents and unfortunately changed tickets and everytime i paid extra money.Moreover,i lost 1000 pounds on cancellation eventhough it was before 2 months. Whenever we call customer care for booking they will show interest and later for any queries we will be in trouble. Forgot all,my husband recently booked flight and got cancellation by airlines.But this team put him in stress and waste of time for rescheduling the flight. Still he didn’t get a desired date.All the appointments is going to be ruined. So better choose another agency for booking flights. Date of experience: November 10, 2022

   Updated 27sep22>> All issues were resolved with satisfaction. Update 19sep2022--> The team has helped to get new tickets rescheduled. I will update my review once the Journey is completed. 15sep2022 Fake address no working office. It is converted to a house and not a office. As people mentioned my connecting flight got rescheduled amd the new wait time was 24 hours earlier it was 3 hours. They did not help neither to get a accomodation or expenses for rhe delay. On top of that their office is fake. Photos attached. The call center is operated from some asia sub continent.
