Very helpful and efficient, worth a visit
Always used Trailfinders in the past and they have always been first class. Not today. Polite and trying to help but due to obvious lack of training and also not listening properly, despite repeatedly stating what needed to be done, I left without booking the flight. Very, very disappointed and surprised.
Debbie was incredibly helpful at the Guildford branch. Spent a long time going through itinerary ideas, was extremely patient and made fantastic recommendations. We recently came back from travelling around Bali for 3 weeks and we had the most incredible time and we are so grateful to Debbie for her perfect planning. Debbie, thank you SO much, you made it a trip of a lifetime and we will definitely be back to see you in the new year to book our next trip! We were also very impressed with the whole team, any time I called in they were all extremely helpful and informative and just lovely people! Will be recommending Debbie and Trailfinders to everyone!

Have been standing outside for over 20 minutes with 2 people inside the office. Put refuse to open the door, I think. Virgin Holidays now have my money instead of you!
Great travel agents with lots to offer. Paul is fantastic with vast travel knowledge. It was only his 2nd day in the Guildford office after transferring but sat with us for hours to find the perfect trip, on our budget. He was extremely approachable and understanding, even when we kept changing plans. I would 100% recommend and look forward to going back in the future for another adventure.

Very attentive travel agent. Very personal service specialising in multi destination and traveling holidays. We visited looking to piece together the safari holiday me and my partner had always dreamed of. We were very pleased with the Taylor made holiday put together for us and the final price.
