   This company is a huge scam - they sell tickets they don't have and then try to hustle you for more funds! They put lower prices to attract you - then after you choose to go with them - they will start chatting you to pay more than offered price! The price of the ticket has been going up and they denied me the opportunity to buy when I had the chance! They have manipulated the Travel Ticket algorithm to cheat client. When you call their office - nobody to speak with to solve the problem!

   I should have read reviews about these scammers before purchasing the ticket. I bought the ticket London to Vancouver last night and 15mins later was issued a PNR number. I was happy that everything is good because Air Canada showed my reservation in their system. This morning they called me to say it was a promotional fair that is no longer valid and I need to pay more money for it ! Immediately I asked for a refund as reading the reviews here I realised it’s the typical scam on their side. They said the money will be back in my account in 4-5 business days but I need them now to book a new ticket !

   Please - urge all travellers not to book wi the this agent, I had a reservation from london for a domestic travel in India, flight got cancelled by airlines- they have issued full refund, but these guys- never respond to any emails , calls and do not apply refund and it is chaos with them as you will never get any acknowledgement or response and had to deal with my bank to get this sorted, USELESS- HOPELESS-ls avoid booking with them, even if u endup in paying little more use direct airlines website. These are scammers.

   Rubbish company run by dishonest people. I booked a premium economy flight to Delhi, they gave me a confirmed ticket with PNR saying Premium economy but when I reached the airport for my night flight It was economy. Air india informed my they booking company(easemytrip) had booked economy and not premium. I tried very hard to change it with Air India, they just won't do it. I could not even pay for an upgrade as the flight was full. The seat I got was 42 H, last seat in the row and it did not recline. Worst flight I have ever taken in my life. The customer service was really bad, I tried emailing them/calling them to fix my flight on the way back but I did not hear back from them in time. I paid to upgrade my flight on the way back and sent the invoice to easemytrip so at least they could reimburse but they refused. I have sent at least 10 emails to them and feel very very dissatisfied. I don't understand why they think in today's day and age they can get away with scamming people.

   I cannot thank enough to EaseMyTrip (Southall Branch), for their timely help. It was mid of December-2022, and my personal circumstances forced me to travel to India with my family, within reasonable budget. It was tough considering the peak season, scarcity of tickets and favorable routes. The gentleman at the front desk, was kind and patient enough to compare and contrast all the available/viable options hovering around our timeline and budget. Believe me, it took 4-5 hours (consider the peak season and unavailability of tickets/routes) but we got the tickets, and that too on the date and budget, we were targeting at. I am highly satisfied with their services and I will surely go back to them first for my next itinerary.

   After making a booking the payment was taken but the seats were not confirmed by the airline. After writing to the agency, they apologized and gave me a 100% refund which reached my bank account in 2 days.
