    I'm not sure if this is a real travel agency or just a fake business. I gave them a call this morning and they were clearly confused that I inquired about flights and hung up on me. I then send an email and they came back to me (got my name wrong), clearly didn't read my request and suggested flights that take 31h (usual flight time for this connection would be 16), they also forgot to mention the dates for the flights they suggested to me and their suggestion is over £600 more expensive then what I found myself on the web. It looks like a scam to me or they just really don't know how to do their job. Would never book with them.

Kerem also answered all my questions and concerns in timely manner. I will be back for any future bookings.

    Booked a holiday with Ali to Antalya and then to Istanbul everything was perfect , from seat allocation on plane to transfers by private taxi ‘s and choice of hotels .would fully recommend Caira travel to anyone who wants a first class experience ! I stayed at the Titanic beach in Antalya for 2 weeks then at the Hotel Venera in Istanbul for 5 days , travelled business class flights with Turkish Airways throughout trip , Ali organised all the seats and private transfers ,our 1st time in Turkey , we will definitely be using Caira travel in Harringey again .
