   Applied for 2 visas for a Cuba Discovery Holiday. Applied early and got a response and upload details for activation 6 days prior to travel. Completed activation docs a couple of days ago and the response was immediate. We now have Visa’s on PDF (I’ve printed them) also held on my I-Pad and phone. Verification code also received and stored. Process was easy to use - but as in all things people rush and make mistakes. Took me about 10 minutes and I read carefully and checked my answers. Big shout out to Cuba UK!!

Cuba Visa were excellent and very helpful assisting with a same day Visa via picking up direct from London office. Saved the trip for us.

   Despite having booked our trip to Cuba through an agent we had to find this service ourselves, online. Once found everything was very straightforward. We telephoned for confidence and they were very helpful and supportive. We then applied for our Tourist Card on line which was a simple process. Having paid and submitted our application, we received or Tourist Cards within a week.

Visas arrived in only 36 hours. Anyone going to Cuba for the first time, you have a treat in store. For all its faults, it is a better place.
