She was extremely helpful with planning my multiple holiday destinations and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Not only did she assist with my initial travel plans, but she also made additional recommendations that perfectly suited my preferences. Nawal took care of everything for me from booking flights and hotels to organising activities and even arranging transportation like Ubers.    After going into the store once and calling twice, we still have had no help from Flight Centre. It's crazy to think with service like this that they keep their door open. Luckily I just planned my holiday myself online and saved a bunch of money.

   Popped in to book a trip to Thailand, which we are currently on. Got fantastic service from Jess Nicholls. We landed up booking a different hotel to what we initially had wanted as it was full, but the option she got for us really worked in our favour as it was a linger time at a lesser price, and not downgrading on quality at all. There was constant and prompt communication regarding the trip. I am truly happy that I walked into Flight Centre in Richmond when I did, and I will most definitely book further trips with them.
