   I asked for a refund for an order I placed, after there was a mistake in sending my pizza to a completely different location! They declined my request for a refund. They're a multi-million pound organisation, yet they refuse to refund me £25, after they had made the mistake!

   Ordered two pizzas and two sides, one pizza had a relatively long brunette curly hair and the chicken tenders were soggy. Called restaurant three times before they answered and to which they didn’t even apologise, they just said, if you want a new one come collect it and bring one with hair back, we won’t re-deliver. Not worth the money.

   Disgusting food and disgusting customer service from this shoddy establishment. Unwilling to correct their errors and defending their inedible food. Forget this place if you have any dietary requirements.

   Soggy pizza and sides (completely undercooked) so had to re cook when it arrived. Nothing special other than the saver menu prices, better off with a dominos overall.

   Ordered a pizza, flatbread and a drink. Jen the food arrived there was 2 pizzas and no drink. I had to call twice for them to pick up. The man on the phone was barely polite. Told me they had no flatbreads so he put a pizza instead. And when mentioning the missing drink I was told "we didn't have it so we didn't put it" before eventually offering me to redeliver the missing item. He could have told me to p*** off it would have felt the same.

   Most my pizzas come with burnt crush and lack of toppings, worst £42 I've spent, also sent 3 small bottles of Tango when I asked for a large bottle, delivery driver gave a dead excuse. Also rung to complain and the dude spun me a line and gave me a false number.

   Both my son & daughter have been violently sick hours after they ate their pizza. It lasted through the night over a 12 hour stretch. They are fine now. I have tried to call and speak to the local PHut delivery that they came from but no answer.
