Ordered through Just Eat last night Which unfortunately my food did not get delivered so called up pizza planet the following day when they opened explained my situation to them and they redone my order. Absolutely brilliant service highly recommended A*****
Refuses every order I try to place on Deliveroo despite being listed on there and initially accepts my order. Then every single time, no matter what I order, be it chicken/fries or pizza or burgers they cancel it due to items being 'out of stock'. I've wasted so much changing my orders over and over. Not the first time this happened. So either the whole menu is out of stock all the time or they can't be bothered to deliver 15 mins drive away so make excuses.
Overpriced and bland tasting pizza. Two extra toppings (mushroom and sweetcorn) cost an additional £5 !!! Never again.
It was ok. Ordered via just eat and it was ready on time. Id say its a bit overpriced for what you get.
Ordered a 14" pizza. Got a 12". That's a loss of around 36%. Fraud of the highest caliber. Do better pizza planet.
Honestly the best pizza in Stonehouse. Great tasting and competitive pricing. The pizza itself is thin based and tasty. The stuffed crust is especially good and the pizzas themselves have a real home made feel to them. Delivery available, they are on just eat but the prices are slightly cheaper if you use their website. Average wait time on delivery is about 45-60mins which is pretty average. Delivery drivers friendly and efficient. Parking available is street parking, no actual bays but no real restrictions with parking available nearby if needed. Try the pepperoni!
Spicy vegatarian pizza with no spice & no vegetables, literally a few bits of pepper,onion & mushroom topped with cheddar cheese, must be a shortage of mozzarella, not impressed.
Ordered a pizza for collection. Says they close at 11. But when I got there at 10:30 it was shut. Your website says the same thing
I’d say that it was barely palatable, Mainly because after two hours of waiting, after the order was confirmed, it’s still not arrived. The place closed an hour ago and no one picked up the phone. Sooo… good luck everyone who’s not eaten today!
Great pizza, occasionally mess the order up which is why no five stars but very good when they get it right. Had to edit this review to two stars tonight as I saw a guy in there cooking burgers and dropped the spatula on the floor, just picked it up and continued to cook without wiping it off and used it on fresh food. Will never eat here again after seeing that
