   18.12.2025, 5pm: This pizza shop is highly recommended by my day trip Roman Bath tour guide and it didn't disappoint at all. In fact, it's the best pizza I've ever had! The crust was soft, chewy and crispy and the best part was the filling with cured meat which was so tasty without tendon that can't be bitten off easily. Would have tried more food here but sadly, we didn't have enough time. Ample seats in the restaurant, ground and first floor. Serving was fast, less than 15 minutes, although the ground floor was full at that time.

   Outstanding Service from Asha – A Truly Memorable Visit We visited The Real Italian Pizza Company in Bath yesterday as a family, and while the pizzas were delicious — fresh, authentic, and full of flavour — the true highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from Asha. He was single-handedly running the entire upstairs section: taking orders, bringing out meals, answering every question, and handling every request with warmth, patience, and a genuinely friendly disposition. Despite the workload, he didn’t show a moment of stress. His calm, capable manner and natural kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere for all of us. It is rare to encounter service of this level anywhere. Asha stood out in a way that deserves recognition, and he made our visit feel thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Asha and the team. This restaurant has great food — but the service from Asha elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended.

   The food was great! The pizza tasted wonderful, even though it wasn't cut beforehand, which made it a little hard to manage. I loved the cute knife they provided. The owner was also very welcoming and passionate!

   Sat outside in the courtyard to eat and soak up the atmosphere on a lovely warm day. Service was very good. The pizzas were cooked perfectly with lovely flavours. I tried the potato topped pizza as it was something I hadn't tried before, and even though it was carb heavy, it worked really well. Would recommend.

   As the name suggests, authentic Italian pizzas. Wood fire, thin base pizzas with toppings delicately spaced on a tomato sauce that is to die for. Fantastic experience. Perfect pizza. Perfect experience. Service was great. Thank you for having us.

   I visited The Real Italian Pizza Company on Monday 23 May 2022 in the evening, a weekday during term time. I was with one other person. This was my first visit. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place. The restaurant comprises of one small dining area with a small number of tables with full table service. There is also a garden area with more tables. The team were friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, very authentic, it arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was good value for money, I paid around £30 for two courses and drinks. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would visit again.

   We ate on the ground floor, and could see the pizzas being made. Great, authentically Italian pizzas. Huge, too. Desserts were superb. My wine was a bit disappointing but I did order the cheapest one on the menu. Friendly staff. I felt really welcome there.
