   Good pizza. Salad bar was okay but some of the sauces had run out. Parking can be an issue unless you don't mind a bit of a walk.

   Visited today and it’ll definitely be my last. This place is absolutely shocking — I’m honestly surprised it’s still open. Went with a friend and placed an order online. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited ages just to be given glasses. When they finally arrived, they were filthy with heavy water marks. We asked for clean ones, but the waitress rudely said, “it’s only water stains?!” Our food eventually turned up, but no cutlery was brought out. Dessert also took forever to arrive. We noticed several people walk in, look around and leave because no one even bothered to serve them. The pizza itself was decent, but that’s about the only positive. The table next to us spilled a drink and asked multiple times for it to be cleaned, but instead of helping, a member of staff eventually handed them a roll of blue paper to sort it themselves. Tips are requested when you order online. I regret leaving one — if I’d known how poor the service would be, I wouldn’t have left a penny.

   We love Pizza Hut pizza but usually get takeout as it’s so much cheaper - eating in reminded me how much better the pizza is when it’s fresh and hot out of the oven! We ordered online and the deals were very confusing. We realised later that we could have saved almost £10 by using their feast for four offer but then we wouldn’t have been able to eat all of the food included! Service was very slow but then there was only one waitress - not really her fault.

   When we arrived there were dirty plates all over half the tables in the restaurant. We asked for a table of 6 so they pushed dirty tables together. They started to clean them by brushing all the food on the table onto the floor. We sat down and they still hadn’t cleaned all the tables around us. We tried to order by phone but there was no internet so we ended ordering in person. The staff were like talking to a brick wall. Food was okay after all of that. We found the salad bar kind of gross as it was all mixed up. And it was very expensive even though we didn’t order that much!! Never coming back!!

   I used to come to this pizza hut all the time as a child and I was so happy to see it hadn't changed a bit in terms of the delicious food, wonderful service and cosy atmosphere. We were served by the ever so helpful and friendly Maddie who took great care of us during our visit and made us feel very welcome. We placed our order via the app which was very easy and straightforward. The WiFi was a bit spotty but we were told just to give the servers a shout if we needed any help (it worked fine for my 5G!). Our food arrived very shortly after, probably only about a 15 minute wait and it was delicious. Piping hot and cooked to perfection. We were checked up on during our meal and only had praises to sing. The staff at the restaurant made it a really enjoyable and welcoming experience and I would like to mention Maddie again as being an excellent host to our lunch time pizza feast. She went above and beyond and all of the ladies at the till were also kind and friendly as well. We had a lovely visit and this is definitely the best place for pizza in the area!

   Visited today we walked through the doors the tables were all fill up with rubbish and dirty dishes there were two servers at the front one close by that completely ignored our existence slowly tidying up and another server talking too two young children of which children of one of the workers as I over herd them asking for there mummy by the kitchen pass at one point during our dining experience the younger blonde server finally acknowledged us and seated us handed us the menu and asked if we had ever been here before which we had replied not for a very long time, she then said well basically we only except card and you order from the qr code at the table no explanation on how it all Works, confused and feeling rather ignored I decided to go ask how it works no person at the counter so I asked the chef behind the pass in which she called over one of the servers who then told us how it worked like we were an inconvenience for even asking we ordered on the app and got up for salad the two children who weee obviously a staff members kids wearing land yards with till cards were messing around with the tills and messing around with a dust pan and brush I thought this to be very unprofessional the food was cold and the pizzas were soggy at the bottom we paid x2 adult for £20 each and one kids for £10 that’s £50 and to top it off on the qr code ordering we had to pay a tip which frankly would have been alright if we actually received customer service so that’s £50 plus unwarranted tips for shoddy unprofessional , rude and disgusting food and to be made to feel like your a complete inconvenience. I want my money back but couldn’t talk to the staff because they just ignored our existence !!! 0 stars don’t waste your time or money only gave one because you t won’t allow for a 0 mark

   The buffet lunch was really good. Lovely fresh salad ingredients & fresh pizzas brought out regularly. Sadly the ice cream machine stopped freezing but, as we'd specifically checked it was working when we arrived, the manageress brought us a huge tray with scooped ice cream in bowls for all of us plus bowls containing all the toppings. We'd bought the £14.99 deal which included ice cream so she couldn't really do anything else, even so it was a nice gesture. Would certainly come here again, especially as pizza huts are few & far between now.

   Excellent customer service (the two ladies serving us were absolutely lovely!) and great food including tasty vegan options. The food didn't take too long to come out and the salad bar was tasty and fully stocked.

   Staff are great vegan selection has got a lot bigger. Favourite food venue. Getting a table takes a bit longer than normal but it's great seeing how careful the tables are cleaned due to covid
