Ordered a Masala Paneer (vegetarian) and just got home to find it's been covered in pork meatballs. UPDATE - My wife rang up to try and sort it out and see if we could come and get the right pizza, they kept talking over her and putting her on hold, eventually we hung up as it was clear this was being done deliberately. Won't be using them again. I would recommend people avoid.
Do not take cash for deliveries, I'll give any business that supports cashless lowest possible rating. Called and asked, "Not insured, but you can come in and pay cash" Which makes no sense, same person handing the same cash over whether on my doorstep or yours. This policy was not thought through at all. How can you be insured to accept cash in store but not outside? Currently unable pay by card due to a financial hiccup from bank, been given cash in the interim to see me through. Crappy week dealing with bank problem, would love a Dominos right now, can't have one as don't take cash and I don't drive and too far to walk without getting cold. Genuinely baffled that a take-away that delivers don't allow to pay by cash at the door. Covid's gone guys...
I order pizza as comfort food after a tiring day and exhausted to cook. It’s very disappointing to drive 20 min and collect a pizza that has the wrong toppings, that too at 9.30pm. And then being told that I’d need to make the drive again if I needed a replacement pizza. Second time this has happened in this store over a 2 month period. The first time I let it go. Really expect some basic level of quality checks from a company that has all the infrastructure
Nothing to recomand on this shop. I have ordered, i have waited 1 hour, then the store manager lied to me that another pizza is on her way to me as the first one would have been cold. Surprise, after another 25 minutes, my first pizza finnally arrived, cold as ice. And the manager store had no respect. He was calling me mate lile we where friends. So, i will ask for a refund and never order again from this shop. Shame on you Domino's that you accept such things
Shocking experience! After waiting for my pizza for over 1hour i've rang the place to ask where my pizza is, i was told that my pizza is on its way! But when i've checked the tracking pizza was on its way for last 30 minutes! Lady on the phone said that they didn't have enough drivers today so he had to take many orders at the same time! How can you expect last few customers will receive fresh orders doing it that way! Anyway i've rang the shop again afer another 25 more minutes of waiting to be told that my pizza is about to leave the shop! I was like what? 1.5 hours after placing the order online! and apprently it was on its way for the last 50 minutes! Apparently someone clock timed it wrong or something like that she said so it missed previous delivery man! I've cancelled the order at the end, not going to wait 2hours for pizza! Shocking customer service! Will never ever order from this place again!
Ordered here 4 times, each time they’ve messed up our order. The most recent being the most shocking, ordered a vegan pizza and got an entirely meat one?? It even had the vegan sticker on the outside of the box. Poor customer service and absolutely no sympathy when they mess up. Fair to say we definitely won’t be using them again. They even have a sign saying they don’t process refunds in store so I guarantee their service has been consistently rubbish enough to have to put that sign up. Don’t waste your time.
I was left dissatisfied with the quality of my burger pizza tonight. Usually, I am pleased with the outcome of my food when I order from this resturaunt, but sadly that was not the case this evening. I tried to call the store to discuss my concern, but I got no response. I had no alternative than to contact Domino's customer service to complain. I now wait in the wings to hear back from them.
