I had a great experience at Pizza Hut. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made sure everything was accurate and timely. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected—especially the pizza, which had a great crust and generous toppings. Overall, it was a satisfying visit, and I’d definitely come back again.
Just amazing! I had my first Flatzz Chicken Fajita today , it looked perfect and tasted incredible! The girl who served me recommended it, and she was absolutely right. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but if you’re reading this , thank you so much! You really made my visit a great experience!
Ordered a pizza from them on the deal got back to my accommodation and opened the pizza it was completely the wrong one and half the offer was missing. No garlic bread so rang them and got a new one had to wait for it to be delivered. Poor service from them I would understand if they were busy but they wasn't. Service was brilliant but the food when we eventually get it was poor so please check your order before you leave the premises. Not a happy customer supposed to be a peperoni pizza
My recent order from Pizza Hut left me with mixed feelings. While the pizza itself tasted good, a significant issue was the crust being abnormally large, leaving very little of the actual toppings and cheese to eat. It felt like we were paying for mostly dough, which was quite disappointing. Please see the attached pictures for visual evidence of this disproportionate crust. The delivery experience also had a snag. I received a text notification that my order was on its way via Uber, complete with a tracking link. However, upon clicking the link, it immediately stated the order was cancelled. Naturally, I called the store to inquire. They informed me that they had actually sent it out with their own staff because Uber often cancels orders. While I appreciate them taking the initiative to ensure delivery, the misleading text and cancelled Uber notification caused unnecessary confusion and concern. Overall, the pizza's flavor was a positive, but the disproportionately large crust and the confusing delivery communication significantly detracted from the experience.
Visiting friends in Bethnal Green, I popped into Pizza Hut on Cambridge Heath Road. Order was quick, hot and super great service. The pizza was delicious! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Terrible customer services I was waiting for ages For someone to come to the counter so I rang their Phone number and eventually somebody came to take my order, then they left my Pizza on the conveyor belt getting cold till I had to call out for somebody to box my pizza and give it to me. I won’t be going there again.
Was not very impressed with my order today. I understand that I ordered through Deliveroo, but they gave me the wrong order, giving me a smaller portion than I ordered. The manager Zohaiv Hassan told me that there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't give me my money back, he wouldn't make the effort to contact deliveroo or offer to send the food to me. Instead he asked me to drive over to him (kinda of defeats the point of ordering delivery) to pick up the missing portion. I don't care that I got less food, I care at the lack of customer care, essentially making me feel like it is my fault and the fact he wouldn't give me my money back, money that he says goes to deliveroo and not to them...sure. P.S. ordered wedges and they were only half cooked.
Aweful service ordered at 10:45 with estimated delivery at 11:05, hadn't arrived arrival time kept being pushed back and back, 11:30 called and they said a driver had taken it and probably eaten it, advised us they would re make it, explained we weren't happy no real care given or refund offered said go through deliveroo, asked if they could send us confirmation when new order left store said yes and then didn't bother, got to 11:50 and finally received food, deliveroo only offered £10 refund for a £35 meal. Boyfriends birthday was ruined as we waited in a hotel corridor to get signal for over an hour and a half! Then when it arrived there was a hair in his pizza!!
Absolutely teribble, shocked to had that experience with that. Nothing dip on side. Inexperienced staff, pizza slice is horrible. Uncooked with loads of tomato base and too much cheese top of them. Shocked
