We booked a group tour to Spain as only this company has tickets available for Sagrada Familia and we couldn't find the entrance tickets with any other DMC. Their ground services are very smooth.
Pathetic service by this company. This company take money in advance and steal you money. I have paid for my trip and excursions in uk, however they didn't booked my tickets and send u tickets at last moment. They don't check with you and book tickets as per their convenience. No proper information given by their team. Please never ever do booking with them again ever. Poor service by them.
We have had a great pleasure of working with Worldwide DMC for many years and they have always created amazing events for their clients by using the best vendors in the industry. Whether big or small all, events are a team effort and the Worldwide DMC Team is one of the best in the industry for United Kingdom.
This company works in the most unorganized ways. They collect the money in advance and keep you waiting for the vouchers till the last minute. They only give you a gist of the itinerary and even if you keep requesting, they do not give you any information on what is included in the tour or how is it going to be organized. They book you on the cheapest tours available locally when there are well organized tours available. The tour guides, drivers do not really show you what you should be shown and instead keep forcing you to go shopping to the places they get their commissions and keep insisting on the tips. There was absolutely no quality in the tour package. Their driver failed to pick up the client and client is made to wait for long hours to get back from Niagara to New York and then they book you on an Uber and the Uber driver is not informed that he should accommodate our luggage's and also stop for lunch and toilets on the way and clients ended up paying him for the stops. Clients had paid for a big van on private basis to accommodate the luggage's and also to travel with comfort and stops and when we ask for the refund between the luxury private van and the Uber, they never reverted. Some drivers they chose were rude and not polite. The Lion King show was cancelled as their driver could not make it to the hotel for pick up due to a protest in Time Square, and they said that they will refund it, but did not. These are few points I am highlighting and there is so much more to say and we are completely annoyed the way this DMC organized our tour package to USA. They speak sweetly but then they are not fruitful. The staff who handle my clients did not have any knowledge of what he was dealing with and used bad language as well and often lost his temper. We could not do anything as we have already made payment and had to keep asking them for the details till the last minute. I do no recommend this agent and you will not be in safe hands.
We started using this company for their products in Dubai, and hats off to their teams as my staff finds them very quick in response and highly professional.
