Quick delivery and my pizza is always still warm and they have never got my order wrong either definitely one of the better domino's
Can you please tell me why when someone cancel their pizzas, you give that pizza to other customers, it wad only warm plus i think it was on the floor.
Ordered at midnight via the Uber eats app, after over an hour of waiting, I called the store and was informed that they had received the order on the uber eats tablet, but just simply hadn't began the order, and would send it out on the next batch. Over an hour later of no delivery, I called again, the phone rang several times, until it started going to the answer machine immediately, and this was happening from multiple numbers. The night shift worker had clearly just disabled the phone, and hadn't even bothered to do my oder. You're paying someone who's sitting around all night doing actually nothing and not taking orders.
The service doesn’t even deserve one star, I ordered a pizza at 3 and it took an hour and 17 mins to arrive. At this point I’m not even hungry anymore. I called the restaurant 3 times and they kept telling me it would be delivered in 10 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I rang them again and they had stopped taking my calls and seemed to have blocked my number. They were no help at all and I felt like I was speaking to a wall. Safe to say I will not be ordering dominoes from this place again, it has ruined my night.
Rubbish. Ordered in person in the shop for a simple small pizza. People came in and went with their orders, having ordered at the counter also. The staff could see me sitting there. Other people came in complaining about things. I must have been sat there 30 to 40 minutes thinking some eye contact might help or they were simply really busy. Utter rubbish.
Top things I like: 1. The food is served fresh and hot! The flavor is amazing! This is how you want your pizza done! 2. It's a gem to have Dominos in Emersons Green. 3. Two for Tuesday is super price buster! Got a big whole pizza for half of its price. 4. The store is clean and the design on the wall is engaging. Top things you want to consider: 1. I only saw 2 staffs taking turns in the front and back (we visited around 12:00PM). The counters were completely unmanned when we came, we thought the store was closed. 2. No standard energetic lively greetings to welcome you when you enter the door. 3. The lady staff was nice (she explained to us how we got a super big savings because of the Two for Tuesday promo), although she's a bit shy and has a strong accent. But I forgive her for that because she was nice and has a genuine smile.
Very nice staff, very efficient and processed orders very quickly. The restaurant was clean and tidy as was outside. The pizza was delicious. I had the absolute banger but quite pricey.
Absolutely rubbish, accepted my order for pizza and then an hour later it still hadn't arrived so I rang them and they told me the order had been canceled and they wouldn't be able to deliver it until 6:00 a.m. which is about 4 hours after I ordered it. Told them this was unacceptable and that I wanted my food but the guy was extremely rude, got defensive, and blamed me. He then put me on hold without warning and left me there. Refusing to answer any further calls. I was not given a refund despite not getting any food
The customer service is excellent, and the lady taking orders was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and engaging. Even spoke to my daughter in Japanese, as we made a side stop after ordering and before collection, to the bubble tea shop around the corner. Great experience.
Ordered a pizza and after 2 hours it still hadn't arrived and was unable to contact the store. Following on from this review I order a further pizza on a different day and after having the call the store due to lack of delivery again the pizzas arrived cold and as photoed. I recommend never ordering from this store.
