   First time ordering papa johns a few weeks ago from when they dispatched the pizza took over 30mins thoo i live 10mins drive away. The delivery driver couldn't even open the entrance door buzzed several times ended up going down to open the door. Food was freezing cold and think something was sat on the pizza boxes as you can see from the photo. I was that hugry i just stuck in the oven. No reply from the branch but customer service gave me 2 large pizza vouchers no idea if il use as i never enjoyed the pizza.

   Im gluten and lactose intolerant so i bought a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. Still ended up with a sore stomach. Don't think there was much care put into the pizza and the cheese was very uneven and lumpy. Like they just flung it on. The delivery was prompt at least.

   Havn't had a Papa Johns since moving from London 6 years ago and wanted to see if it was still good or not. On bringing my order home, the tub of tomato and herb dip i ordered was missing and the £3.99 crispy cheese base i ordered on my pizza was also missing, with just a regular thin and crispy in it's place. Considering it was a 1 hour 10 minute round trip to get it because i live in the sticks, I was gutted i didn't get what I had ordered. Last time I will be using Papa Johns unfortunately.

   Went last night, the place was in a bit of turmoil after being shut for a month due to burst pipes. The 2 girls at the counter couldn't have been any friendlier or more helpful. The pizzas were delicious too

   Waited 2 hours for a pizza, ended up having to go pick it up. No communication, nothing. Phone doesn't work either. Great pizza but this is a joke

   This is last nights pizza that I just couldn’t bring myself to eat. I tried - I really did. It was cool when it arrived and soggy. Hubby loves ur pizza but I won’t be using u again

   Delivery times have been getting longer and longer, now we have a delivery that's been on the road for over an hour and not reached us. Its no good constantly providing £5 credits, you need to manage the deliveries better

   Ordered online for a collection, was told to arrive in 30 minutes but arrived after 20 minutes so that there was no risk of being late and it sitting getting cold. Waited a further 25 minutes in the store and eventually got our order and left. Arrived home (~6 minute drive) and both pizzas were cold, as we're both sides. To add insult to injury, the side had bacon in it (no use to me as a vegetarian!). I specifically ensured I selected the potato tots without bacon so to be given them with bacon was an abs joke - I assume someone either can't read or is so lackadaisical that they don't care about order specifics. First and last time using the Hamilton branch and won't be back. The Rutherglen branch is much better, as is local Dominos.
